Wondering if you’re ovulating yet, if timing is off, or if something deeper is going on after stopping the pill?
If you recently stopped birth control to get pregnant and expected it to happen quickly, this episode is for you. Many women are told to “just wait” for their cycle to regulate, but what if your menstrual cycle phases feel off, ovulation symptoms are unclear, your period tracking is confusing, or you suspect a hormonal imbalance?
In this episode, I’m breaking down what actually happens after the pill, how ovulation returns, why some women conceive quickly while others feel stuck, and the first 3 things to focus on now so you don’t lose months in confusion.
You’ll learn how to understand your fertility signs, support your body naturally, and know when it’s time to look deeper instead of continuing to guess.
If you want to get pregnant without jumping straight to IVF, this conversation will give you a smarter next step rooted in fertility care and real body literacy.
I also share parts of my own journey, why fertility is not always linear, and how charting with the Creighton Model can help uncover what your body is communicating.
If you’re tired of wondering whether this month “counts,” this episode will bring clarity and direction.

What if everything you’ve been told about your period being “just part of being a woman” is actually the very thing keeping you confused about your fertility?
So many women are trying to get pregnant, but still feel like they’re guessing with their bodies, their cycles, and their timing.
In this episode, we’re breaking down three cycle signals that are often normalized, but can actually reveal what’s really going on with your fertility.
Heavy, painful periods may point to underlying conditions like endometriosis.
We’ll also go deeper into subtle but powerful signs like brown spotting and PMS patterns, which often point to low progesterone and luteal phase weakness, something that can impact implantation and early pregnancy support.
And here’s the shift: your cycle is not random, it’s information.
When you learn to read it through tools like the Creighton Model System and restorative approaches like NaProTechnology, you stop guessing… and start understanding what your body is actually communicating.
This is especially important if you’re trying to conceive naturally and want to understand your options before defaulting to IVF.
If you’ve been feeling confused, overwhelmed, or like time is running out, this episode will bring clarity, direction, and a new way of seeing your body.
I pray this blesses you.
If this episode is hitting something in you, don’t ignore it.
Because this is exactly where most women stay stuck: collecting information… but never getting clarity on what their body is actually saying.
And if you’re trying to conceive naturally and you’ve been thinking, “Do I need IVF or is there another way?” this is your next step.

If you’ve been told everything looks “normal”… your labs are fine, your cycles are regular, you’re ovulating every month… but you are still not pregnant—this episode will feel like a deep exhale and a wake-up call at the same time.
In this conversation, we go beyond surface-level fertility testing and talk about what is often missing in the standard approach to care. Because “normal” does not always mean your cycle is functioning optimally for conception.
You may find yourself being offered medicated cycles like Letrozole or Clomid, or moving toward treatments like IUI, without ever truly understanding what your body is doing or why pregnancy is not happening yet.
We break down:
This episode is not about doing more. It’s about finally understanding more.
Because when you understand your cycle, you stop outsourcing your fertility to confusion, Google searches, and trial-and-error protocols—and start moving with clarity and direction.
If you are ready to stop feeling stuck in “everything looks normal, but nothing is working,” this episode will help you see your fertility in a completely different way.

Instead of bypassing your body with repeated interventions, there is a way to understand and restore what may be missing.
This is where clarity replaces guesswork, and where your fertility is approached with respect for how your body is designed to function.
For questions, support, or to reach out directly:
You may be using ovulation apps, watching your fertile window, and still not getting pregnant… wondering what you’re missing or if something is wrong with your body.
In this episode, we’re breaking down one of the most overlooked pieces of fertility: cervical mucus.
Most women are never taught how their body actually signals ovulation. Instead, they rely on apps or predictions that can’t interpret what’s really happening inside their cycle. The truth is, your body gives real-time information, and when you understand it, everything changes.
We talk about why cervical mucus matters more than ovulation apps, how it directly reflects your hormonal health, and why missing or low-quality mucus can impact your ability to conceive, even if you are ovulating.
You’ll also hear how conditions like hormonal imbalance, irregular periods, and even PCOS can show up differently from woman to woman, and why getting proper evaluation, not just quick fixes, is key.
If you’ve been feeling like you’re running out of time, dismissed by doctors, or stuck in confusion about your fertility… this episode will help you shift from guessing to understanding.
Clarity is possible, and it starts with learning how to read your body.
If you’re ready to stop guessing and finally understand your cycle, your ovulation, and your fertility signs in a clear and structured way:

If you’re feeling confused about your cycle, frustrated with ovulation tracking, or questioning what your body is doing… this episode is for you.
Because the truth is, most women are not lacking effort.
They’re lacking clarity.
In this episode, we break down what’s actually happening in your body during the two-week wait, and why early pregnancy tests can be misleading, even when everything feels like it should be working.

✨ Episode 40 | The Truth About Infertility after loosing A Fallopian Tube - What No One Tells You.
Many women assume that getting pregnant is simply about timing the fertile window and waiting for the positive test. But for many couples, the journey to conception becomes confusing when things don’t happen as expected.
In this episode of Fertile Window Lab, we’re talking about four common mistakes women make before trying to conceive. After two uncomplicated pregnancies, my own menstrual cycles suddenly began to change. Symptoms I had normalized for years: severe PMS, irregular bleeding, migraines, and unpredictable cycles, were actually signals my body was giving me long before fertility struggles appeared.
Today I work with women who are trying for their first baby, couples navigating the emotional road of trying again after loss, and proactive women who simply want clarity about their fertility. Many of them arrive believing the only thing that matters is the right ovulation timing. But real fertility care looks deeper than that.
In this conversation, we’ll explore why period tracking is not the same as true cycle tracking, how ovulation symptoms can reveal important clues about your hormonal health, why hormonal imbalance often shows up through cycle patterns long before infertility is diagnosed, and why fertility should be understood as a reflection of whole-body health.
My hope is that this episode brings you fertility clarity that helps you get pregnant while also helping you see your reproductive health through a more complete lens.
Next week, I’m bringing a NaPro physician onto the podcast to talk about restorative reproductive medicine and how couples can investigate the root causes behind fertility struggles instead of jumping straight to artificial technologies. If you’re trying naturally and want real answers, you won’t want to miss that conversation.
