3x Hall of Fame producer Zac Twardowski interviews Alondra Topete and Easton Padden, who discuss the process of transitioning from part-time to full-time with Family First Life.

They recommend setting aside 90 days to complete the transition and maximizing your time. This means buying 100-150 leads a week, dialing before and/or after work and setting 18-20 appointments to run on your days off. People should also not let the freedom of becoming self-employed allow you to get distracted.

Cody learned about Family First Life through TikTok and came from a background in law enforcement. He decided to join the insurance industry after his wife was diagnosed with cancer, yet had to keep working in order for their family to maintain financial stability.

He has been with FFL for only 2 months, wrote $8000 in two days on his first week and immediately decided to fly across the country to Los Angeles to attend our Summer Sales Seminar. Cody is now in the process of opening an office and building his own agency

Oddly enough, Darrio was introduced to Family First Life while in the sauna after being laid off from the mortgage company where he worked. He could not believe he could earn over 100% commission from Day 1 and see a decent return on renewals. Darrio has since founded his own agency, Family First Life Alpha, and enjoys running his own business.

Ron Miller interviews Mike Crouch, founder of FFL Conquest, who came to Family First Life from a different insurance company. There he received only 60% commission and had to cold call potential clients. He began his journey with FFL in October of 2020 and has already built a team of 64 licensed agents, with many more in the pre-licensing stage. His agency’s biggest production month has been $181,000!

Andrew Taylor and HOF Producer Bryan Mendenhall interview 2 new agents, Landon Hewett and Sara Barrett, who are both issuing over $20K per month.

Landon graduated college in 2020 and dreamed of owning his own business. He started selling insurance with a different company but moved over to FFL only 6 months later after learning about the compensation opportunities. He went from receiving up to 55% commission to over 100% with Family First Life.

Sara graduated with an accounting degree but after a year at a firm she decided to go all in with Family First Life. She felt the biggest challenge with becoming her own boss was leaving a salary position and moving to a commission based business, but she now enjoys the ability to make her own hours. She issued $25K in one month with FFL, $17K of which came from one travel trip.
