The FAB Collective with Lucie Mitchell is something I have wanted to create for the last 5 years. Sharing my story and tools and tips I have used to overcome fears, overcome adversity, become FIERCE and BEAUTIFUL from a broken and lost woman has been a dream of mine. Since healing myself holistically from childhood traumas and many years of doubt and self-sabotage, I have found my new life passion of helping others do the same. Are there bumps along the way? Oh for sure...but that is how we learn.

I am a firm believer that life is too short to continue to carry the burdens of our past pains, childhood traumas, insecurities,  and social stigmas into adulthood. So welcome to this podcast! Where I use my humor, past experiences, recovery and holistic foods approach to help you reveal the new stronger, confident, sexier, healthier and happier version of yourself.

Each week we will address topics that delve into those things that we are afraid of and how it holds us back in our day to day lives - and then focus on easy-to-implement advice and tools for how to overcome whats in your way...to be FIERCE and BEAUTIFUL.
