Meanwhile, doctors and breast cancer survivors are urging Ottawa to lower the regular mammogram screenings to age 40 following a recommendation by the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force. You might even find it on your own front lawn! Community cleanups exist to combat the issue, but what else can Toronto residents do to tackle the abundance of garbage that doesn't end up into properly established garbage bins?
