Spring practice ended Saturday at Kinnick stadium with a session open for public viewing. Afterwards head coach Kirk Ferentz felt over-all the work habits and attitude have been good. He likes the leadership thanks to some really good, older, experienced players and while the execution isn't where it needs to be, the tempo is. All this while keeping in mind the season opener with South Dakota State is four months away. We visit with several players on this week's Fight for Iowa.
