In the latest episode of Film Stories with Simon Brew, Simon zeroes in on a pair of sequels.

First up is Hot Shots! Part Deux, a film that spoofed action hero rescue movies. But as it turns out, that was the third choice for the direction the film should go.

Then, a look at Die Hard 4.0 (2007), and the constant on-set rewrites, that pushed the film right up to its very tight deadline.
