Pivoting and changing directions in life is ok and sometimes it is needed (no matter how old you are).
It’s never too late or too early to change directions in life.
Finding your passion and purpose in life is important to creating the life you WANT to live.
Fresh starts means starting over with or in something you are already doing or pivoting and starting something brand new.
Change is inevitable, but some changes we don’t necessarily want or love the idea of it. And some is SOOOO needed. Either way, embracing change is key to the success of it.
Starting over can be a fresh start; one to embrace whether this is a relationship, career, new school, job, or moving to a new city, or house. Starting over is okay, creating a new path in life can be needed.
It is important to seek out positive relationships and friendships even when you aren’t a super young pup anymore. Plus, if you are still a young pup, time flies, and the older you get the faster life goes. So before you know it you won’t be a young pup and you will wish you had made true connections and friendships that can take you into middle and older adulthood.

In today’s podcast episode, we are talking about being broken and finding the light to help other people who feel broken inside. Megan Radle is an amazing soul, who I am so happy to call my friend. Even though we rarely get to see each other in this busy life, we always pick up right where we left off. I actually went to high school with Megan. I remember making t-shirts and heading to the football games with Megan. So…who is Megan?
Megan Radle is the CEO of FixidFitnes- a wellness center located in multiple cities in Wisconsin, and a mother of 3 little girls. She has held many titles in terms of her career and jobs, but she has truly found her passion when she developed FixidFitness.
Megan tells her story of struggling financially with FixidFitness and herself. "FixidFitness almost went down twice, because of myself and unkind people being greedy and time stealing from FixidFitness and not doing a job, while myself and five other trainers went in the trenches to keep her afloat.
Because we all know what Fixid is capable of doing and is doing. She's a beam of light to the lost and broken. And in that, we couldn't let her drown, not because of us, but because of them. Every little girl who has had to grow up to fast because their life was so unkind to them, for every woman/man, girl/boy who had experienced sexual assault, for every little girl and boy with autism who thought they weren't good enough, for every heroin, meth addict the world judged and said they’d always be that, for every person incarcerated and made to feel judged by the world for their mistakes, and every person this world states as “crazy” because their brain has developed a coping mechanism (mental health) to keep itself alive."
This is one of my favorite Purse Coach Podcast episodes to date. Be sure to listen to the entire episode.

We all have unique interests, dreams, and skills that ignite a spark within us. These passions have the power to drive us, inspire us, and bring a sense of purpose and fulfillment to our lives. Yet, many of us find ourselves caught in the routine of daily life, detached from our passions and not following our desired path in life. Are you currently working a job you don’t love, or living a life that doesn’t fill your bucket all the way to the top? Well, you are not alone, I will show you how you can follow your passions!
I knew I always wanted to have a job/career in helping others, but I didn't know exactly what that meant. So I became a nurse, and honestly, I haven't loved it...Then, a turning point arrived in my life when I successfully paid off a mountain, $100,000 of consumer debt. It was during this transformative period that I had a moment of realization- I yearned to help others achieve financial independence and responsibility and create a plan to live a fulfilling life. Driven by this newfound purpose, I eagerly pursued a course on financial coaching, propelling me forward on an exciting new journey.
Now fully equipped with the knowledge and skills as a financial and life coach, almost along the same original path of pursuing a career as a therapist, I have embarked on a mission to provide others with essential financial education. Guiding individuals toward their life and financial goals has become my number one passion. Through coaching, I empower others to take control of their finances, make informed decisions, and create a life of financial abundance- all while fully embracing and enjoying every moment along the way. COACHING LIGHTS ME UP!
To say I have followed different forks in the road of life, personally and professionally would be correct. I do not like to be stagnant, it leads to boredom ( and I love learning and growing. I want YOU to also pursue your passions.
Listen to the full episode to see how following your passions will help you find happiness and fulfillment in your life.

Do you often feel like there's never enough time to check off everything on your endless to-do list? I've been there too, spending hours on tasks without the satisfaction of real accomplishment. But here's the game-changer: time blocking and batching my work. This strategy has been an absolute game-changer for me. Despite working as a nurse for four days a week, running a part-time photography business, and building a coaching career, I've regained control over my time and productivity. It's all about maximizing efficiency and achieving more with less stress!
So what is time blocking and batching work? By the way, you can do this for your “9-5” job, your business, or your personal life.

I often get asked how I stay motivated while juggling a full-time nursing gig, my side hustle in photography, and building my coaching business. Well, I'm spillin' the beans right here on how I keep the fire alive, and I'm sharing it all with you!
Sustaining motivation and maintaining high energy levels are pivotal in effectively managing my 3 jobs. It’s important to note that my photography venture remains part-time and my coaching career is in its early developmental phase, so most of my time is split between my four-day-a-week nursing job and my coaching business.
I absolutely love entrepreneurship, building a business, and doing All. The. Things. But, my 2 businesses cannot financially support my family and lifestyle yet. So, I am committed to building my business until it can support us. But working 3 jobs can obviously lead to burnout.
In order to safeguard against the pitfalls of burnout, I’m well aware to not overload my client base. This cautious approach extends to my photography sessions as well, as I’ve significantly scaled back. My past experience with burnout has been a profound lesson, and it’s an area I am committed to avoiding. I wouldn’t wish burnout on anyone.

When I paid off $100,000 of consumer debt in less than 2 years, I did that by working extra hours, selling items, creating a budget and a plan, and meal prepping and planning.
Today I am speaking with Kare Maryn, a Kitchen Coach, who brings joy to her clients through food and decreasing the stress around the dreaded "What's for dinner?" question.
In today’s podcast episode, we are going to be talking about budget-friendly meals and how meal planning and prepping can save you loads of money!
Kare is a former personal chef and is now a Kitchen Coach for busy moms. In 16 weeks, she helps you create a simple kitchen routine that lasts so you can alleviate dinner time stress and connect with your family over a meal everyone likes.
We talk about some practical tips for planning a weekly meal prep schedule that aligns with a family's budget. Along with tips and tricks for those "picky eaters".
You can find Kare inside her Facebook Community, Practical Meal Planning Moms.

I paid off $100,000 of debt (not including our house) in less than 2 years. I was able to do this by coming up with a plan, working hard, and staying motivated.
Creating a budget is a key step in your financial planning and success. During this podcast episode, I will walk you through the steps needed to create your budget and what to include in your budget.
Step 1: Assessing Your Income
Step 2: Listing All Expenses
Step 3: Allocating Funds for Savings and Investments
Step 4: Considering Debt Repayment
Step 5: Factoring in Discretionary Spending
Step 6: Planning for Future Goals and Expenses

Remember, keep track of all your monthly household income, all your monthly household expenses, debt, and savings goals. Create a customized plan (budget) for your finances and watch your debt shrink and your bank account grow. There are different ways to track your spending, including an old-fashioned pen and paper, an app, or a spreadsheet. Use what works best for you!

Today we are going to be talking about what a high-needs parent coach is, what is a high-needs child, how to find your child support and navigate this type of parenting, along with how to support yourself so you don’t face burnout.
Brandy Hall is a Parent Coach & Nurse who created Navigating High-Needs Parenting. She combines evidence-based research, nearly 20 years as a nurse, a family nurse practitioner degree, and her experience as a mom of two high-needs children to help parents become stronger advocates for their children. She helps parents reshape their mindset, awareness, and knowledge on the path to being an advocate for their high-needs child. She believes that no parent should feel alone, confused, or unheard when navigating their child’s high-needs journey. She offers 1:1 coaching and has a group coaching program starting soon!
We explore the importance of building a strong support system. I know when my family and I were going through the “thick of it” in raising a high-needs child, I had so many emotions and felt so alone. I longed for a support system and community to help me get through the tough moments and days.
