This past week seems to have brought around some intense energy and let me be the first to say that you are NOT alone!!! In this episode, I share with you some of the challenges I've been faced with recently & discuss the importance of releasing the energy that no longer serves you. I also dive into the subtle energy bodies that exist within and discuss a question that many of you might have: How does my energy get stuck in the first place???

May this be a reminder that obstacles are detours in the right direction & in this life there are endless opportunities for growth. However, the way you choose to view life circumstances along with your willingness to get comfortable with the uncomfortable are both huge factors that play a part.
