Today is the 4:6:2 ratio breath, breathing in and out the nose to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
It is guided so all you have to do is listen and follow along.
Perfect if you're feeling the need to move a little energy, feel calm and refreshed and ready to go back to whatever you have on for the day that might require your attention and focus.
