I turned 30 this week, and it got me reflecting on my 20s. While I’ve been reflecting, I’ve noticed so many changes and shifts in my life that I can attribute to finding food freedom and improving my body image, which I’d never really thought about before because people aren’t sharing them!
We all know the big changes that come along with food and body freedom – a good relationship with food, loving your body, being more confident, stopping bingeing and restricting, ditching the diets, feeling happier and more comfortable in yourself – that’s not news to anyone.
