After a short (ok, not so short) break away while moving into my new house - here's a nice, easy episode on being financially happy & not letting surprises beat you down.
I also mention the concept of Anitfragile which I intend to discuss on a soon-to-be-recorded episode.
Sorry to be gone but it feels great to be back! Hope you all enjoy.
A quick episode where I share a life update, a crazy idea, and a quick thought.
No more closet episodes!
Originated as a question on Facebook, Eric Williams (Cofounder Edge4Life gym) and I sit down to give our take on:
What does it mean to be healthy?
Here's some thoughts! We didn't quite finish per se, but nonetheless this was a great time and I look forward to many more fun guests in the future.
ALSO
BIG NEWS COMING SOON....
After a nice vacay in the woods, here's an episode all about aligning your idea of one's self with the actions of said self.
Which is really just a complicated way of saying this is an episode about doing things you enjoy. So hopefully you enjoy this! - KC
Here's an episode that I've been sitting on for a minute, and really digs into some amazing strategies for improving your daily happiness.
In today's talk, I introduce the Stoic philosophy and 5 ways that it can be used to be happier day in and day out. Stoicism has been one of the most influential practices in my life, and I think this will help you too.
For another resource, check out dailystoic.com (where I stole some ideas from).
Episode 007 and zero James Bond puns....
Anyways, today we're talking about our tribe. Our PEOPLE.
They're everything.
Enjoy!
Short solo episode going straight to the point on why stress is bad, where stress comes from, and some specific ways of lowering your stress (hope you like candles).
Stress is one of the least sexy public ailments, but a leading cause of both of the top 2 killers in America; heart disease & cancer.
Lots of dollars are spent keeping people stressed, prescribing profitable drugs for that stress, and tricking people into thinking that there's no way out of the cycle.
WRONG!
Live longer, love harder, and laugh more by getting back in touch what our bodies really need: exercise, eat, sleep, laughs, and smiles.
Also want to give a shoutout to my friend Abraham for making my incredible new intro music. Give him a follow on IG @Abrahamromadj
SOLO BABY!
YES!
Sorry..... too much caffeine today.
Anyways, here's episode 5. I start by giving my piece of acknowledgement to George Floyd, Rest In Peace; a good man whose life was robbed by people in the most terrible way. I want to again reiterate that I am NOT the expert, NOT the authority, and definitely NOT in a place to really even speak on this - yet it feels wrong not to say something so here's my attempt.
Besides that I share my MBA application journey, antibody tests, indulgence, and building a flamethrower.
Hope you like!
