Inspired by a trip to Whole Foods, I sit down with my wife & better half Caitlynn to talk finding happiness with food. We start by breaking down a few common ways of dieting, discuss using balance to have your cake (both proverbial & literal) and eat it too, and end with a few things we use to pig out on cheeseburgers, pizza, pb&j, ice cream, and chicken nuggets while still reaching our goals.
