Today I have a conversation with author Janis Dougherty who shares how her life was upended through death, divorce and cancer. She explains how feeling completely lost in her life and finding rock bottom lead her on the journey to find herself.  We discuss the 20 questions from her book “Her Within” that we all should be asking ourselves to uncover our most authentic self at this time of life.  

She encourages us to connect with the 'HER' within that is hiding in so many of us. To find her, to trust her, to love her.
