WARNING before you listen: this episode I talk about my miscarriages, and it also contains mention of termination. If you feel like this would be distressing or upsetting for you, please use your discretion as to whether to listen to it or skip this one.
In this episode I talk about my experiences of miscarriage, both around 14 years ago, but never gone from my mind. My second miscarriage was a prolonged experience of grieving before the actual loss of the pregnancy and was a life altering experience for me. I wanted to share as I didn't read or hear many stories like mine when I was going through it, as so I hope by sharing that it finds those who need to hear it and helps in them feeling less alone.

So many of the mums that I work with don't meet their basic needs daily. In this podcast I talk about some of the basic needs that I believe are important for us to be meeting and how not meeting these needs might be impacting on your day and the way you are feeling.
If you would like some support with exploring this topic and ways that you can prioritise your needs being met in your day you can find out more about working with me on my website www.briellethomson.com or find me on Insta instagram.com/embodiedmotherhood or facebook.com/embodiedmotherhood
