Being selfish is not a bad thing and being selfless is not always a good thing either. It is important to find the balance between the both so that you can integrate yourself in this world. In this episode I talk about how to understand the key difference between selflessness and selfishness and the characteristics of both as well as how to discover which side you lean more towards so that you can bring balance to yourself.
