This episode, Finding our Perfect Balance, includes a discussion about finding our confidence and capacity to address all aspects of our lives; to stand upright and avoiding falling not only physically but emotionally. In utilizing our somatosensory system, visual and vestibular systems we walk through our lives with balance until an injury or aging impacts these systems.
