We’ve almost arrived at the end of what has been a very eventful year for everyone across the globe. An ending means that there will soon be a new beginning. So, what better time to start creating the foundation and the mindset for the year we want to experience next!
We’re going to take a deeper dive into the outcomes and take-aways of my recent virtual 6 day Date with Destiny seminar. By sharing my own candid responses with you, I believe you’ll find inspiration that will help you shape your desires for 2021.Â
In this episode, I’ll take you through Tony’s 6 Key Pillars for Designing your Ultimate Destiny. These pillars will become the blueprint for your 2021. When you start with purpose and intention, hold yourself accountable, and have ingrained these pillars in your mind to reflect back upon daily, you’re taking a very important action. You’re creating a habit.Â
Habits are like road maps. To build this mental framework, you have to determine your Primary Question. This is something that can change every year. I’ll tell you what mine is for this coming year, and explain how I arrived at making this my starting point for everything else that comes after it.Â
You’ve definitely heard me talking about vision boards on this podcast, and setting that up for yourself is an important part of this living architectural project. Visualizing what your next year of life will be, look, and feel like is a crucial step towards designing your destiny. I’ll share my vision board for 2021 with you today and explain my own process of creation.Â
We’ll also discuss how you can come up with your personal Mission Statement, your Toward and Away Values, Power Virtues, and One Year Goals for yourself.Â
If you want to live it, first you’ve got to design it. This episode is going to help you do just that.Â
It’s time to create the life you’re destined to live!Â

We all go through life with visions of who and what we want to be in the world. It’s normal to keep pushing on in the direction of our dreams, but sometimes, that continuous reaching can keep us from recognizing the significance of where we actually are. It’s that tunnel vision of seeing what we haven’t achieved versus celebrating what we have achieved.Â
In this episode, I want to take you on a very personal journey. It’s about the person I thought I was waiting to become, and the moment when I realized that I had already “become”. Destiny had been doing its thing the whole time, but because I expected the path to look a certain way, I didn’t recognize the progress I had been making. I was exactly where I was supposed to be!
Tony Robbins' Date with Destiny program changed my life. It made such a powerful impression on me that I promised myself I would revisit the experience again, but from the other side of the stage. I wanted to give back to the program as a crew member, and serve as a living example to people who were experiencing this transformation for the first time.Â
This year, the Date with Destiny program was done virtually, and to be honest, I was a little hesitant to join the crew on this one. I thought nothing could have more impact than the live experience. But, let me tell you, I couldn't have been more wrong!Â
Participating at Date with Destiny from the comfort of my own home, surrounded by a small group of friends, it has been eye-opening on so many levels - and I can’t wait to share that experience with you, today!
It's time to design your destiny!

Here’s to following through on your dreams at any stage of life!Â
How many times have you come across some “Who’s Who” list or article praising the success story of someone in their 20’s, 30’s or 40’s? They’re everywhere. It’s enough to make you think that these are the only people making waves.
What’s missing from the narrative are the success stories of the other 39% of the US population who are 45 and up. A single mother of five waits her entire life to complete her education and ends up graduating with her Ph.D. at 65. Another woman defies the stereotype of aging by placing second in her category in the notoriously tough Spartan races. And yet another woman suddenly decides at 40 to completely switch career directions and become a filmmaker, going on to win an Emmy and Academy Award nominations. Why aren’t we shouting these stories from the rooftops?Â
Well, I’m going to share one of these beautiful and inspiring stories with you today.Â
My guest this week is Chinwe Esimai, an award-winning lawyer, a trailblazing corporate executive, a sought after keynote speaker, and a passionate global advocate for immigrant women leaders. Chinwe is the Managing Director and Chief anti-bribery officer at Citigroup Inc., and she’s the first person to hold that title in the bank's history. She also has a book on the way titled Brilliance Beyond Borders: Five Traits of Remarkable Immigrant Women Leaders.Â
Chinwe talks about the inspiration she gained from witnessing her mother follow through on her education later in life. She believes “as long as we have breath in us, we always have an opportunity to live our purpose.”Â
Today’s episode is all about keeping your dreams alive through every season of your life. Success isn’t just for the 30 somethings. By sharing the powerful success stories of people who’ve never given up, we’re actively spreading the message that it’s never too late to realize our goals. We’ll also talk about recognizing the important role your partner plays in your life, and steps you can take to prioritize and honor that relationship.Â
It’s time to dust off your dreams and let the current lead you towards your own unique, authentic purpose in life...no matter your age.

A few weeks back, I made a declaration on social media that, after being completely consumed with building my company the past 2 years, I was finally "rolling out the red carpet for love!"Â
My pal, and dating coach and love expert, Evan Marc Katz, replied to my post, "I can help you with that."Â
Me: "Heck yes!"Â
A few days later, we sat down for Fire and Soul and within minutes, Evan revealed the top two EXCUSES that hold me (and other strong, smart, successful women) back from finding true love.Â
I'm talking the exact reasons we often times don't even TRY, and how to OVERCOME them.

Evan is the go-to dating coach for over 12,000 women, 30 million blog readers, 1 million downloads on his podcast, Love U, and deeply devoted readers of his four best selling books.

Here's to getting intimate, connecting with yourself, and getting over your fears in the bedroom.Â
Whether you’re gay, straight, single, or in a relationship, we all have some insecurities around our sex lives. What we like, what we don’t like, how to communicate what we want, or how often we actually get physically intimate.Â
But these conversations don’t happen very often in our society. These conversations are “supposed” to stay quiet, hidden behind closed doors. So, let’s start changing that.Â
For this week’s pod, I’m so excited to share with you my conversation with Dr. Cheryl Fraser, a Buddhist psychologist, and sought-after relationship expert. She’s sharp, frank, and fearless, and she’s helped thousands of couples jumpstart their love life and create passion that lasts a lifetime.Â
If you feel like you’ve lost some of the thrill around sex or if you’re not having the sexual connection you’d like in the bedroom, Dr. Cheryl is going to walk you through how to tap into that energy, work through some fears that may be blocking you, and present you with actionable steps to help you and your partner(s) get that thrill and fire back.Â

Here's to weekends completely unplugging and soaking up the sunshine!
If there's anything I've learned as an entrepreneur, it's that taking time off fuels my productivity and feeds my soul. Speaking of business...
One of the reasons I was able to grow my coaching and training business in the middle of a pandemic, and start a second 6-figure business is because I decided where to place my attention.
When lockdown hit, most people were glued to the news and letting all that negativity into their minds, but I turned it off completely, and decided to focus on what I could control.
Instead of feeding the fear, I took immediate action and made a few key decisions that shaped my reality so I could get after my mission.
I share what that exact action was in today's fiery podcast.

Here's to reaching my 100th episode of Fire and Soul!
It’s been quite a journey...
Those of you who have been listening a while will remember that podcasting wasn’t a dream I ever had. When I was younger, I dreamed of being an actress or TV Host. And I finally got the chance to live that dream in my mid 30s for a decade, but the dream ultimately changed when I attended my first Date with Destiny seminar with Tony Robbins in 2017. I woke up to knowing I was made for more… something deep in my soul felt called to serve, contribute and make a positive difference in this world. But I had no idea where or how to begin. That's when a friend encouraged me to start a podcast and six months later, this show came to life.Â
With an insatiable curiosity about all things mindset and success, I started having conversations with friends, mentors, thinkers, geniuses, and inspirational people from all over the globe. I interviewed them about the routines, mindsets, habits, principles, and actions that have led them to fulfilling lives, and I’ve learned something powerful from each and every one of them.
When I look back at my early episodes, I cringe a little — but no one starts with mastery. I’ve learned a lot since those first few episodes — about podcasting and about life — and the journey has been its own reward every step of the way. This special 100th episode is a testament to the last two and a half years of learning and growth, commitment and courage. I’m excited to be looking back on some of the highlights from the last two years of making The Fire and Soul Podcast and reflecting on the many lessons I’ve learned on this incredible journey.
Why You Should Listen to this Special 100th Episode Right Now…
The last two and a half years of podcasting have been extraordinary, but the interview clips I share today are definitely highlights. My mind was blown by the insight and wisdom of each of these remarkable people. In this 100th episode, I’m highlighting moments from seven guests who made a profound impact on my life. I’ll share how they each inspired me to open my mind and heart, face my fears, step into inspired action, and how they each helped me create a more epically aligned life.
If you’re ready to achieve mastery at starting a relationship with Jairek Robbins, master femininity with Alison Armstrong, master a money mindset with Scott Harris, overcome your limiting beliefs with Jack Canfield, learn how to have a life changing miracle with the co-founder of Rythmia Dr. Jeff McNairy, how to build on the two indicators of 'awakening' with Panache Desai, and learn how to be intentional about race with my dear friend Daniel Gibson, then join me on Episode 100!

When given the opportunity, humans can so beautifully connect with animals on a very powerful, spiritual level, and these animals oftentimes save human lives. Though I have spent very limited time with horses throughout my life, each experience has taught me great, beautiful lessons that I will never forget.Â
However, the reality is that 60,000 horses are unethically sold into slaughter each year for human consumption. This reality is what drives Rebekah Keat to save as many horses as possible and giving them a new purpose for their lives.Â
Rebekah Keat and her wife Siri Lindley founded the Believe Ranch & Rescue, where they’ve dedicated themselves to saving horses from slaughter, finding them ever-loving homes. Rebekah is also a two-time Junior World Champion, three-time national champion, six-time iron distance champion, and co-founder of Team Sirius Tri Club. Above all that, she is a hero who has saved 116 horses from abuse, neglect and gives them the second chance that they so deserve.Â
Throughout our conversation, Rebekah shares her experience driving forward the SAFE Act to end the slaughter of horses in the United States, what obstacles she’s overcome so far, and what it will take for this Act to pass. We also talk about how Rebekah met Siri and what sparked their beautiful relationship, and what it was like to be present as Siri’s wife while she underwent Leukemia.Â

I’m excited to share today’s pod with you, featuring the one and only Mr. Alex Molden. He’s a former American football player who played in the NFL for eight incredible years on various teams around the country. He played for seven different coaches in eight years, which means he’s learned a ton about change, culture, and influence. Now, Alex is a highly accomplished personal development and leadership speaker and coach, working with clients including Microsoft and Nike.Â
In this pod, Alex and I discuss one of my favorite topics: transparency. He shares his proven leadership blueprint: alignment, assignment, and adjustment, and how to apply this to your life and work to achieve success. He takes a deep dive into talking about the tools he’s learned to strengthen individuals’ communication skills within teams, and even sharing examples of how this works both on the field, in the workplace, and within his relationship with his beautiful wife.Â
