  • Changing Nightmares Into Sweet Dreams /Dream Interpretation
This show is gifted to all of the survivors of this world who battle their nightmares. Come and let's see if we can find you some peace. Special Dedication to Leigh Westin Ryan a Forgotten Australian and wonderful person.
Dreams… a word with so many meanings... an experience with so much power. From the amazing reality of lucid dreaming to the stuff nightmares are made of, even the darkest nights can provide you with a road map for a better future. But first, you must stop listening to what other people’s dreams mean to them and look at what your own psyche is saying to you. Once you stop interpreting your dreams so literally, the way religious zealots interpret the Bible, dreams will become your greatest ally and provide life-changing insights into your past and present. This Saturday, join us as we discuss the difference between night mares and night terrors; how dreams are related to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder; and most importantly, learn some tried and true ways of looking at the mysterious details of your dreams in ways that make sense and enhance your life. Change your dreams; change your life.

  • Kim Phuc The Girl In The Picture
Phan Thi Kim Phuc was born and raised in the village of Trang Bang, 30 minutes north of Saigon. During the Vietnam War, the strategic Route 1 that runs through the village became the main supply road between Saigon and Phnom Penh. On June 8, 1972, an American military advisor coordinated the napalm bombing of Kim's village by the South Vietnamese. Nine-year-old Kim fled from a pagoda, where she and her family had been hiding. Two of her infant cousins did not survive the attack, and Kim was badly burned.
Kim was photographed running down the road, screaming from the burns to her skin. Nick Ut, the Associated Press photographer who was there to cover the siege, took the photograph of young Kim. Moved by her pain, he rushed her to a South Vietnamese hospital. She then spent 14 months recovering in Barsky Hospital, the American hospital in Saigon, where her care was paid for by a private Foundation. Ut's photograph of Kim remains one of the most unforgettable images of the Vietnam War.

  • The Girl Nobody Wants Author Lily O Brien
WARNING VERY GRAPHIC DISCUSSION ON CHILD ABUSE!
Panel: David Little Eagle and Nell Cole
The Girl Nobody Wants - A shocking true story of child abuse in Ireland
    Lily O'Brien (Author)
Please join us as we hear from the Author’s own words what she lived as a child. The show is dedicated to her brother Simon. Also, to all those children who lost their life or took their life because of the pain of living with what happened to them.
This is the shocking true story of an innocent girl abused by the very people who said they would take good care of her. Lilly's family began the path to her destruction - they used and abused her - but they never ever wanted or loved her. The little girl was sexually physically and emotionally abused by many people around her who were able to hide behind the security of Ireland's Catholic Church-run institutions. She also suffered at the hands of other people around them who they called their friends. You only get one chance to live your life as a child, but Lilly was never given that chance - her childhood was taken from her before it ever begun.

  • Dr Fred Gallo On His Book Energy Tapping for Trauma
Panel: David Little Eagle and  Nell Cole
Special Guest: Donna Silva who has used this practice many times in her normal life.
Dr. Fred Gallo will be speaking to us about his seventh book he has published entitled Energy Tapping for Trauma.
Energy psychology is a scientifically validated body of research and core set of treatment techniques that conceptualizes thoughts, feelings, emotions, and other psychological phenomena as manifestations of energy working through the system of the human body. If some psychological phenomenon is causing pain, distress, or a lack of function to an individual, the somatic techniques of energy psychology work to disrupt the flow of energy causing that phenomenon. One of the more common techniques in the energy psychology repertoire is called energy tapping, a practice, similar to acupressure, that involves manipulating and tapping certain points along the body's energy meridians to influence psychological events. In this new book, author Fred Gallo applies energy psychology techniques specifically to recovering from acute trauma and post-traumatic stress symptoms. Some techniques in this book are adapted from Energy Tapping by Fred Gallo and Harry Vincenzi.
Please also search for his other 7 books he has published. For a complete list go to his web page.

    Indigenous Nationhood
This blog represents my own personal opinions, thoughts and ideas, and should never be relied on as legal advice. My goal is have a national discussion with the grass roots citizens to see where we can affect the changes we want for our families, communities, and Nations. We owe it to our ancestors to protect our cultures and territories for our future generations.
Her goal in creating this website is to help unite and empower the grass roots citizens of our Indigenous Nations in Canada so that we can advocate on our own behalf as individuals and communities to make full-informed decisions about our futures. I challenge the federal, provincial, territorial governments, as well as the Indigenous Nations, governments, communities, and organizations to be more inclusive of their grass roots citizens and better reflect our diverse and common interests as Indigenous peoples.
