Diet is a funny word these days. There seems to be a growing negative connotation with the thing. Cam and Andrew explain why that's the wrong way of looking at it. Everyone is on a diet. In definition, diet can be explained as the foods that someone eats regularly. Hitting protein goals, keeping unnecessary foods out of the house, and formatting the proper mindset into a positive diet mentality, the boys break it all down.

Calories are like a budget. We want to spend our daily calories in as many beneficial, or nutritional, ways as we can. Building muscle, losing fat, and everything in between is heavily tied in with our positive daily calorie budgets. We want a body that is metabolically well-conditioned environment, we can make that happen through the training that we partake in and the nutrition we "take-in."
What is responsibility? What are our responsibilities to ourselves, our family, our community, our businesses? You have a responsibility to be a high-performing version of yourself. You have a responsibility to take care of your health & fitness. Stop taking the time off. Stop taking the easy path. You are responsible.
What's up with our culture? America was founded on the concept of ultimate independence. The 13 colonies stood up against Britain in order to be independent, to rely on their self sufficiency. Why don't we apply that same American culture on our own lives today? A big part of being independent is challenging ourselves, making ourselves better, that's why Cam & Andrew love the never-ending pursuit of fitness. As always, everything flows together and in this episode the boys explore the attributes we should strive to hold on ourselves.
Cam & Andrew are back with an in-person episode! The boys go through everything from attraction marketing, effective fitness plan making, fitness discipline, and peanut butter. Cam's advice for the week? Get married. #Jointheconversation
