#RAIDERNATION Players Surprises Abound!  Well, the one thing I can say about CUTS and PRACTICE SQUADS and RELEASES and 'Wink Wink Handshake Agreements' is... that there's ALWAYS gonna be some that surprise you.  I thought FOR SURE that the Raiders had a 'wink wink' agreement to get Safety Karl Joseph back on their roster AFTER the 'Initial 53' was whittled to a 'Post IR 53'... but noooooooooooo... KJ is back in the AFC Central, this time with the Stillers (SIC)

The Saints will play their first 'home game' of the year in Jacksonville due to Hurricane Ida, which per reports of locals made Hurricane Katrina seem like a 'somewhat bad thunderstorm' in comparison.  Hey... I DIDN'T SAY THIS... Louisiana Residents were quoted saying that!! My best to all who've dealt with HORRIBLE WEATHER, FLOODING, etc recently...

In Baseball... The NL East Race is TIGHTER... the AL East Race portends to be TIGHTER with the Sawks and Yanks battling the Rays... anyone else paying attention in Baseball? NOPE... most folks have turned to FOOTBALL ... COLLEGE GAMES OF CONSEQUENCE starting this weekend... and ONE WEEK until the Start of the NFL Season as the Cowpokes (I'll be nice) coming into RayJay to face the Fake Pirates (can't be nice.... lol)

So now it's just a weeeeeeeeeeeeee bit of a wait (two weeks) until our questions are answered about the Silver and Black (for #RAIDERS' Fans) and a little less for fans of other teams in the NFL.  #RAIDERNATION was out in FORCE at the Niners' game... even though more than half of the actual Raiders' team didn't even make the trip.  

How do YOU feel about the Raiders' not playing ANY starters this pre-season? Did YOUR team do things similar? I know the KC Chiefs played their starters quite often this pre-season (and they looked quite overwhelming), while other teams held out many of those who they knew would play an important role for their team upcoming....  I have MY Opinion... .what's YOURS???

Yep...the LAST PRE-SEASON GAMES for 2021 were played... How did YOUR TEAM Look? Were there any significant injuries? Do you feel BETTER about YOUR TEAM or WORSE? Is it Winning Record or Bust? Playoffs or Bust? Conference Champs or Bust? Super Bowl or Bust? Or dayyyyummmmmn now THAT is an awesome BUST... gotta love Raiderettes!!  

Personally... it's the last choice for ME... who doesn't love gorgeous ladies, right?  But for the #RAIDERS is it Playoffs or Bust for Gruden? Will #RAIDERNATION tar and feather Jon if the team doesn't excite this year? And again... if you're not a RAIDERS' fan (sorry....) what about your team?

Having to listen to RAIDERS Fans and NINERS Fans discuss the game from today... Did every team see the same game but DIFFERENTLY? NINERS' Fans are crowing about their VICTORY today.... over mostly Silver and Black Third Stringers!! Sorry Veronica, but it's the TRUTH! I had a Giants lambaste me about being CHOMMMMMPED UP today... while he didn't even state how AWFUL the G-men looked against THEIR game.  Gawwwwwwwwwwwd Ignorance truly pisses off the Captain.... But don't be IGNORANT... Listen up to the show!!

Well... it's another Thursday Night... and other than watching the Phillies play with my emotions by coming back with 5runs in the BOTTOM OF THE NINTH Onnnnnnnnnnnnly to lose their game by one run...  it was another TEASER game for my Baseball Club.  

I was stoked we had Oscar Toledo of "BOCADILLOS UNIVERSE" come in LIVE and talk about the NEW PRODUCTS they're making.... How would YOU like to get your own "MY TOY" in the style of a Funko-Pop and Box? YEP... it can be done!! Listen In and find out HOW!!

It's a GREAT THING we can talk about FOOTBALL... and we had a TREMENDOUS AMOUNT of FOOTBALL TALK TONIGHT!!  Three young'ins representing the NFC East (without a Cowboys fan... tsk tsk but they won't come on my show!!?!?!?) spoke about their teams' pluses and minuses for the 2021 Season.  And that was ONLY THE START.  

OF COURSE we were HEAVY on RAIDER NATION TALK... as O.G. Daniel came in for a spell... as well as a TRIO OF RAIDER NATION... to include Jason Dean, Kool Kev... and former Raider Defensive Back (and Super Awesome Dude!!) Stuart Schweigert.  Isn't it awesome to talk about YOUR TEAM with a FORMER MEMBER OF YOUR TEAM? Can't Beat THAT #RAIDERNATION!!

Speaking of Blowouts, RAIDER LINEBACKER and THE PLAYER of the "PICK-6 of SUPER BOWL XVIII" joins us...none other than Jack Squirek #58, as he sits down with us and goes over his memories of the RAIDERS BLOWOUT OF THE REDSKINS during that great January day of 1984... Ahhhhhhhh Yessssssssss I remember it well!! Jack gives his insight and memories of playing in the #NFL and for the Silver and Black.  I'm sure YOU will be entertained by his stories...

Welcome to WEEK TWO (not counting Stillers/Cowboys) of NFL Pre-Season... and MOST of the NFL Starters didn't play last week.  How much time should we expect to see them THIS WEEK if at all?  And is this the 'new norm'? 

Various teams had intra-squad practices with other teams... which I think WILL be the 'new norm' of sorts... controlled warring amongst factions

Speaking of factions, the NFL his squarely on the "COVID DEBATE" as some teams/stadiums have made it official - NO VAX, NO PAX.  When will the NFL give the same mandate to its players? OUR GREAT FRIEND of the #RAIDERNATION Mobb Boss comes in to LAY IT DOWN with us all....

The Braves are surging (when will they change their name by the way?) as the Padres and Phillies cool down.  Who will win the Wild Cards in the AL? And can we just complete baseball so we can move on to the NFL and Hockey seasons? Asking for a friend...

We're waiting on Baseball to get to the playoffs (basically three weeks away), and then it'll be the REGULAR SEASON for the NFL Baby!! Woooooooo Hoooooo!!

How did YOUR team do or look in their first game?  I saw bits of the debut of Justin Fields in Chicago... I watched a second of Urban Liar (SIC) Coach the Jags before turning off the TV... I saw the Cards beat the Cowpaddies in the last second (so yeah, let's hear from YOU Dallas fan(s)... I put the 's' in parenthesis because I'm not sure if there are any TRUE BLUE fans left of Dallas OTHER than TRUE BLUE himself and Julio Marin and Wheels... but I digress...)

#RAIDERNATION is ALWAYS WELCOME, but that doesn't mean YOU as a fan of the other 31 Teams can't jump in.  IT IS TIME.... The HALL OF FAME GAME was last THURSDAY... the HALL OF FAME FIIIIIIIIIIINALLY put Coach Tom Flores into the Hall, with the great Raiders' Cornerback/Safety Charles CWood Woodson (the SECOND #24 for the Raiders to go into the HOF) and my personal friend... THEEEEEEEEEE VIOLATOR Wayne Mabry into the HALL OF FANS AT THE HALL OF FAME.  Congratulations to ALL of these gentlemen.  

We had a chance to talk about the HOF Weekend festivities to include the Flores signing, the interaction with ALL the fans on Saturday as well as the tour of the actual Hall, along with more fun interaction and the ceremony for the 2021 Class on Sunday Night.  LOTS OF FUN AND WE DISCUSSED IT...

And while we had our show, The "Field of Dreams" Game was on TV, where the Yankees end up taking a lead with TWO TREMENDOUS BOMBS by Judge and Stanton in the Top of the Ninth... with the ChiSox coming back with a two-run walkoff in the bottom of the Ninth.  WOWWWWWWWWW!!
