In life we are always thinking about the things that we want or the things that we don't have. We look at others with envy thinking why do they get that.
Today I wanted to talk to you about thinking about the things that you already have and being grateful for your life. People are looking at you too wishing they had what you have.
Gratitude turns what we have into enough, and ore. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion into clarity.. It makes sense of our past and brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow - Melody Beattie

We all have times in our lives that people have encouraged us to push to that next level, to try a little harder and complete that goal.
Some of us it was when we were kids and our parents, teachers, or coaches would do this.
I have heard my son on many occasions say to himself " Come on Kesler you got this". This is something that really inspires me to do the same.
Its time to begin to encourage yourself to do the things that you want to do, this can be done with rewards along the way or even just encouraging words everyday.
Stay till the end and I am going to give you 5 ways to encourage yourself more.

Your life, past events, your inner circle, your family should not be controlling you.
Your life you are free to make the choices that you want, to live how you want. but often times people get trapped, trapped by the comfort they have already given themselves, the way the past events are on your thoughts everyday.
Maybe the people closest to you keep telling you the way that you want to live will never work.
It might not work for them, but you are you and you are an incredible you, but the only way that you can make the choices and move with your life is to be in control of it.

Where are you limited?
What from your past has shown you that something that you couldn't do before, you still can't do today?
I love watching my kids learn new things, kids don't think about what they can and can't do they just try it.
Babies are prime examples, when babies need to roll over, they just do it, when they are learning to crawl they just do it, when they are learning to walk they just do it.
But then they begin to hear, don't do that, or you can't do that so much that they begin to doubt what they really can and can't do.
Then this is imbedded into our minds and this is how we all learn to live our lives, until we can unlearn these thought through personal development and daily growth.
