In episode 6 Dreydan and I discuss the basics of proper nutrition, this show was a bit weird as J had a power failure right before we went live. This show's topic was the concepts that will help you understand they WHY's of proper nutrition before we move onto the how's.

In episode 3 we dive into the basics of designing an exercise program. Program design can be pretty daunting to people just starting out, so our goal with this discussion was to only cover the basic concepts of what goes into designing a week long exercise plan. We will return to this topic in future episodes to go into the specifics in greater depth.
