If you're not quite where you want to be yet with your fitness goals, today's episode features 5 questions to ask yourself in order to figure out why, and what to do about it.
I highly recommend grabbing a pen and paper for this one, and answer the questions as you go along, but you can also find the questions below to answer when you get a spare 10 minutes.

Here are the 5 juicy questions:
1. Did you set yourself clear and realistic goals?
- e.g process vs outcome
- realistic time frame (e.g weight loss)
2. Part a & b depending on your answer question 1:
- if yes, they were clear and realistic, what HAS been going well so far? What are you proud of?
- If no, how could you make them more realistic / clearer (e.g. process not outcome)
3. Now you know what you’ve done well and identified your wins, what could you improve or build on?
4. What is ONE action/step you take RIGHT NOW to get you moving in the right direction?
5. Lastly, write out a sentence or two speaking as your future self, and what life looks or feels like in 1, 6, 12 months time.
Don’t write ‘I want x’ as my goal, write as though you’ve already achieved it, and you’re there, living that goal
Take your time answering these and make sure you answer truthfully, not write what you think you 'should'.
