This week I am joined by the GB junior international, Birmingham university sports scholar, and first year med student Ellen Weir @ellenweir.runs
She has participated in a range of sports from rowing to climbing to gymnastics, but ultimately she chose the running life.
So far she has competed intentionally at the world mountain and trail running championships, and in the European championships for both the 5000m, and cross country. She is also a top tier Steeplechaser.
In this episode we talk about:

- Some of the factors behind her success, and continued enjoyment of the sport
