No one is irreplaceable at a company, but you can make it hard for them.
In this current job climate full of chaos and uncertainty there are a few things you can do to make it harder for a company to let you go and make it easier for you to negotiate & secure higher salaries, plus access better opportunities.
Being hard to replace has helped me and my clients secure 20 - 50k pay rises and survive company restructures.
It is definitely a big element in how I was able to first negotiate part time hours for full time money.
