I think spending time getting to the why, is extremely important. Like why do you do the things that you do or have the thoughts that you have. Some of the answers have been extremely interesting, some have been frustrating to come to grips with, some have separated me from others. Now there comes the point of doing. Making plans to cut away things that may not be best for where you are going or this version of yourself. Some things you may keep hidden away, other things you try to burn away all together. Working out helps with that.
