In today's episode I talk about how much patience we need to have with ourselves, others and our perimenopause journey. There is no magic bullet and it can take a lot of experimentation to find the right provider and treatment plan so we need to stay patient and keep persevering until we find the help we need.

In today's episode I talk about how important it is to rest , especially during perimenopause. The last few months have been very busy and so I decided to make April all about prioritizing rest for myself. I know how challenging it can be when we feel like we have a never ending to-do list each day and when society places emphasis on productivity and achievement, which can lead to burnout. Tune in and join me in making April a month all about rest and recovery.

In today's episode, I interview one of my clients, Julia, who shares her story of perimenopause with us. She is more sensitive to HRT and started her journey at 37 years old so it's been a more challenging experience finding what works for her. She also has been taking a very low dose of Tirzepatide (GLP-1) and shares that experience as well.
