In the concluding part of my interview with Jacob Nordangard, we continue to explore the dystopian future that self-appointed 'Global Leaders' are planning for the rest of us.

A White Paper titled 'The Agentic State', published by the Global Government Technology Center Berlin (GGTC Berlin) in May of 2025, lays out a future in which AI agents take control of all functions of government.

Luukas Ilves is the lead author of the White Paper. He's also advisor to Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister, son of Estonia's former President, former Chief Information officer of Estonia and one of WEF's Young Global Leaders.

In the White Paper, Ilves describes various features of Agentic AI Governance; he pictures a future where laws will become 'living laws' that AI agents can change at any time. Legislators won't be needed anymore, humans will be monitored continuously, and compliance with regulation is enforced around the clock.

'Polycrises' will be met with a 'Hyper-aware AI-orchestrated first response': "When a crisis begins to unfold, AI initiates the first steps in crisis response before human-in-the-loop structures have time to react."

Moreover, such AI agents "will work alongside increasingly autonomous physical systems such as drones and robots, forming the backbone of a responsive, adaptive crisis infrastructure."

"Human-in-the-loop structures" will eventually disappear completely from the governing loop. And AI agents will closely observe and manipulate the emotions of its 'out-of-the-loop' humans.

That's the vision that the WEF and the Global Government Technology Center Berlin are hoping to realize for billions of people. To reach this goal, Luukas Ilves calls for a "new leadership archetype for the agentic AI era."

It stands to reason that Ilves might consider himself as the embodiment of this new leadership archetype. He has political ambitions and already ran, albeit unsuccessfully, for the European Parliament.

UNRWA. An impossible to pronounce acronym, one of the many United Nations' agencies, is not the worst place to start gaining some understanding of the current situation in Gaza, Israel and beyond.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency was founded in 1949 as a temporary organization to provide emergency relief to Palestine refugees who had fled their homes in the 1948 Arab-Israeli war.

But almost 80 years later, it's still around. How did this happen and why?

Today, UNRWA is the largest UN Agency by staff size: it employs about 30,000 people, almost all of whom are locally recruited Palestinian refugees themselves. The majority of them work in Gaza and many others live and work in Jordan, Syria, Lebanon and the West Bank.

Palestinian Arabs are the only group in the world with a dedicated UN agency. An initial roughly 700,000 Palestinian refugees in 1949 turned into almost 6 million refugees today since the refugee status is passed on from father to child. Who profits from this - not just in terms of money but in terms of political power?

In the interview, Karys Rhea, a fellow of the Middle East Forum, talks to me about the history and purpose of UNRWA and discusses the historical background of the Arab-Israeli conflict, the establishment of Israel, and the roots of Arab opposition to Jewish sovereignty.

Congress hasn't yet voted on the Interior Environment Appropriations Bill for 2026 and there is still time to call your House Representative and urge them to vote against the bill.

There are at least two toxic riders hiding in the bill that demonstrate the enormous influence that the pesticide and sewage sludge industry has in Congress.

Both bill riders are clearly anti-MAHA and designed to protect industry: Section 453 hands pesticide manufacturers something akin to a pesticide liability shield whereas section 407 orders the EPA to NOT finalize their draft report on the toxicity of sewage sludge.

Dr. Nass: "Glyphosate's name is not in this [section 453] rider. This rider applies to all pesticides. There are 57,000 different formulations of pesticides that have been registered by the EPA. It would apply to all of them. And if it really did shield them from liability, we can virtually be assured that they will make their products more sloppily and that more dangerous products are likely to come on the market."

Glyphosate hasn't had a proper review in 32 years. Dr. Nass told me: "There had been a draft report on glyphosate, and it was not done well. Was very sloppy. And so the courts sent it back to the EPA to be redone. And so the last finalized assessment of glyphosate was actually in 1993. So we're talking about 32 years ago."

Sewage sludge, also known as 'biosolids', contains PFAS, so-called forever chemicals because they are extremely persistent. Chemists haven't yet found a way to break these harmful chemicals down into harmless substances. And, for over 35 years, huge amounts of this sewage sludge have been sprayed as fertilizer on fields.

Do we know how toxic sewage sludge it? Not really. Do we know how many toxic chemicals it contains? And what the upper limit of these chemicals should be? We don't know this because the EPA is not measuring many of the toxic chemicals that are hiding in sewage sludge.

And now Congress is ordering the EPA to stand down and leave its draft report regarding PFAS in sewage sludge unfinished.

Meryl Nass: "Our leaders are not informing us of the truth. They are telling us the narrative that they've been told to give us. And if they don't do that, they lose their jobs. And keeping their job is more important than telling the truth."

Welcome to a totalitarian hellhole so horrific that even George Orwell would be impressed.

In the second part of my interview with Jacob Nordangård, we start to dissect the recently published White Paper "The Agentic State: How Agentic AI Will Revamp 10 Functional Layers of Government and Public Administration."

This White Paper was released in May 2025 by the Global Government Technology Center Berlin (GGTC Berlin). Its lead author is Luukas Ilves, Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and former Chief Information Officer of Estonia. He's also the son of the former President of Estonia, Toomas Hendrik Ilves, and a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum.

The GGTC Berlin is a joint initiative between the World Economic Forum and GovTech Campus Deutschland. CapGemini is a founding member, and the United Arab Emirates serves as a founding partner.

Jacob and I go over the most disturbing sections of the White Paper to understand what kind of dystopian future our Globalist Gang is planning for us. As Luukas Ilves makes clear in the introduction, the change in governance they are envisioning is nothing short of revolutionary.

Ilves writes: "The rise of agentic AI will have a particularly profound impact on government… Previous rounds of digital transformation… have not altered the fundamental organizational structure or business model of government. Agentic AI's software will be capable of 'eating' the core functions of government. The Agentic State… marks a shift in the nature of government."

Here are some characteristics of the Agentic State:

• ALL personal data will be 'stitched' together with public data to provide total insights into everyone everywhere.

• Simulations are deemed "critical public infrastructure": Crisis Simulations will be running constantly to achieve "AI-enabled national resilience."

• Engineered 'polycrises' will be tackled by AI agents that "will work alongside increasingly autonomous physical systems such as drones and robots, forming the backbone of a responsive, adaptive crisis infrastructure."

• Law and Order will be wiped out and replaced with "Law as Code": The agentic government will "rewrite laws as easily as agents rewrite code." And rules will be "retuned continuously" based on '"feedback loops."

• Citizens' compliance with "living laws" is checked in real-time all the time. Compliance will no longer need to be enforced since it's going to be 'encoded' in the agentic state system.

Have you ever wondered how the global elite plans to use AI in order to accomplish its mission of a global government?

Jacob Nordangård, author of The Global Coup d'Etat, recently uncovered a revealing white paper by the Global Government Technology Center Berlin (GGCT Berlin) which sheds light on this very question.

Titled "The Agentic State: How Agentic AI Will Revamp 10 Functional Layers of Government", the document was initially published by the GGTC in May of 2025. Its lead author, Luukas Ilves, formerly served as Chief Information Officer for the Estonian government and now advises Ukraine's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation.

The Global Government Technology Center Berlin was cofounded in December of 2024 as one of many foundational initiatives aimed at establishing a new system of Agentic AI governance.

In my interview with Jacob, we discuss the rapidly expanding GovTech infrastructure that the global elite has been developing over the last years to lay the foundation required to transform traditional governments into globally controlled "Agentic States."

These Agentic States represent a fundamental departure from conventional systems of governance. According to plans proposed by the UN and World Economic Forum, states are expected to evolve into AI-driven systems, standardized across nations, that operate with minimal to no human involvement in decision making and policy formation.

Luukas Ilves writes in the GGTC's white paper: "The rise of agentic AI will have a particularly profound impact on government and public services… Previous rounds of digital transformation have altered the medium by government functions… but have not altered the fundamental organisational structure or business model of government.

And he continues: "This time will be different. Agentic AI's software will be capable of 'eating' the core functions of government. The Agentic State… marks a shift in the nature of government."

This is the third and final part of the interview series with Debbie Lerman and Sasha Latypova. Across all three conversations, we discuss the extensive body of evidence they have compiled in their comprehensive 'Covid Dossier', which proves that the Covid-19 response was a transnationally coordinated military operation.

In the first half of this final interview, we return to the Covid Dossier to explore in greater depth how the military assumed control in countries such as the Netherlands and Germany.

In the second half, we take a step back to confront the fundamentals: Why did this happen? Why was there a "pandemic"? Why was there a transnational military response? What was the underlying plan, the true purpose? And most importantly, how can we ensure that it doesn't happen again?

According to Debbie Lerman, "the most important thing is to understand that elections aren't going to save us. National elections aren't going to save us. Politicians aren't going to save us. We need to be operating outside the system and resisting the system… If we just don't comply, if more people during COVID had understood what was happening, and if more people had just said, no, I'm not wearing a mask, I'm not social distancing, I'm not taking the vaccines, then they would have failed."

And Sasha Latypova said: "It all has to do with the elite. The elite that controls the resources, gets into power, and then constantly worries about preserving that power. They don't worry about getting more anymore because they're already at the top. But what they are concerned with is an uprising from the bottom. That's why they're definitely afraid of us - continuously."

"Since the first public inoculation campaign in Boston in 1721, mass vaccination has not been constrained by a rigorous scientific method. On the contrary, it's been mostly a matter of guesses, gambles, and wild experimentation. Many of its most passionate advocates were animated by religious fervor, wishful thinking, ideology, a desire for professional and social prestige, and money. Lots of it."

Dr. Peter McCullough and John Leake co-authored a new book called "Vaccines: Mythology, Ideology and Reality." It turns out that the present war between those who want to push vaccines on as many people as possible and those who are wary or opposed to vaccines has been fought for over 300 years. It's nothing new.

In July, Tom Haviland took the stage at the Red Pill Expo in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to share his extraordinary journey from military contractor to independent researcher. Over the last three years, he dedicated his life to collecting data about the presence of white fibrous clots in both the living and dead and to alerting the public about his very concerning findings.

In our interview, we dive into his Red Pill Expo presentation, unpacking the key elements of Haviland's research and exploring what they reveal about the dramatic shifts of the past five years.

One of the most important questions his Red Pill Expo slide show raises is why the white fibrous clots continue to remain a taboo subject. Why does the great silence of the federal health agencies about the phenomenon continue? How to explain the silence of the medical profession, in particular the vascular surgeons - with the exception of a few courageous whistleblowers?

Maybe most troubling of all is the deafening silence from America's most influential podcasters - with the power to reach millions across the globe. Despite the urgency of the issue, neither investigator Tom Haviland nor embalmer Richard Hirschman have been invited to share their alarming findings about the mysterious clots. The result? Critical information remains hard to access, with little opportunity to inform and protect the public.

Perhaps one of the reasons for their silence is that discussing the clots is deeply unsettling; they are frightening to look at and it's difficult to speak about them. Nevertheless, we must address them so that Americans can take measures to determine whether they are affected and potentially save their lives.

Bringing attention to these clots, which clearly indicate the catastrophic harm caused by the Covid-19 shots, will also provide much needed support to individuals like HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy to end the PREP Act declaration for Covid-19.

The VAERS system was designed with the intention of hiding the true extent of vaccine injuries and deaths, rather than its alleged purpose of alerting the public to the detrimental effect of vaccines.

That's the only explanation left after emerging from the VAERS rabbit hole into which we descended with Albert as our guide in this interview.

What's wrong with VAERS? Pretty much everything:

• It's difficult to submit comprehensive reports within the given 20 minutes timeframe.

• It's easy to submit non-meaningful reports with the most basic data missing (like age, hospital name, Doctor's name, which Covid-19 vaccine was taken etc).

• It's difficult to keep track of one's own reports and update them.

• The public is not allowed to access report updates in CDC's WONDER system (no kidding, that's what it's called) but gets to see only initial reports (This changed in May of 2025).

• VAERS hides deaths and injuries: Albert found many instances where reported deaths were not marked as such.

• It's not really known what the VAERS employees do to the data: how they massage them, which ones they delete as duplicates, how they determine which ones are duplicates, etc.

• The underreporting factor is unknown and can only be estimated.

Enter V-Safe: Many people don't know that an additional Adverse Event Reporting System was built specifically for Covid-19 and RSV shots. V-Safe is a smartphone app that, according to the CDC, "lets you share with CDC how you or your dependent feel after getting a COVID-19 or RSV vaccine."

You may wonder why V-Safe was offered to the public for the Covid shots. Was VAERS all of a sudden, after 31 years, no longer good enough in the CDC's and FDA's estimation?

Or were CDC and FDA officials worried that VAERS might get overwhelmed with reports and wanted to hide them away in another system?

Albert: "The V-Safe system, which didn't exist before the COVID era, was specifically created to help out VAERS for Covid. But you know, in hindsight, it was created to run cover for VAERS."

Not that this strategy, if that's what it was, worked since VAERS was inundated with a tsunami of adverse events reports anyway - despite the underreporting factor and everything else that prevents people from filing reports in VAERS.

In the interview, Albert talks about V-Safe and what he says will allow you to make up your own mind on this question:

• There are 10 million reports in V-Safe and 1.7 million Covid-19 reports in VAERS.

• Albert was able to figure out that there are about 40,000 reports from V-Safe in VAERS from the 10 million reports that were submitted to V-Safe.

• We don't know how many more there are in V-Safe that should be in VAERS because adverse events were reported.

• There is a checkbox in the V-Safe app asking if you want your V-Safe information to be transmitted to VAERS. Melanie, for example, checked the box but the system did not create a VAERS report for her - which she didn't know. She found out much later. How often did this happen? Does anybody know?

• There are only two available age ranges in V-Safe: under three and over three - that's it.

• There is an open text field to describe symptoms but it's only 256 characters long. Melanie entered her debilitating symptoms - but nobody ever followed up with her.

• Since V-Safe mostly relies on self-reporting by the vaccine recipient via smartphone, accurately capturing post-vaccine deaths is impossible since deceased individuals cannot self-report.

• In contrast to VAERS data, the V-Safe data is not publicly available. If lawyer Aaron Siri hadn't submitted a FOIA request we wouldn't have this data at all. He received a snapshot of the V-Safe data from 2023. But no updates since then.
