We discuss the importance of customer service, one of the best ways to create customer loyalty, a story that happened to Matt where he became illegal and how great customer service saved him, and statistics on how  good and bad customer service impact companies.

Business level discussion on economics and why it matters to successful business men. We talk about 2Q 2018 GDP results and a key economic indicator to help predict the future health of the economy. We discuss how Tariffs impact economies, why they are bad, and how President Donald Trump is using them to renegotiate deals, and why trade is a good thing.

Discussion on rethinking value and opportunity. How do you determine value? How can you use your understanding of value to generate wealth? How to think and recognize opportunities in your life.

We had the pleasure of interviewing David Bahnsen. David is the founder, Managing Partner, and Chief Investment Officer of The Bahnsen Group, and author of the book Crisis of Responsibility.

About the book:

If we fail as individual Americans to address this core crisis of responsibility, we have only ourselves to blame for what happens next.”

We had a full studio this week, with syndicated radio host Steve Deace and Pastor Joe Rigney. We dove into the deep end, discussing Trump’s meeting with Putin, LeBron James’s move to LA, and why Twitter is a whirlwind of feeding off of mimetic desires.

Pastor Greg Johnson, whose church is hosting the Revoice.us conference, joins us for a very challenging conversation. We hope this hard conversation is a blessing to the Church, and to Greg, who was willing to join us knowing the disagreements. The Revoice.us conference mission statement is “Supporting, encouraging, and empowering gay, lesbian, same-sex-attracted, and other LGBT Christians so they can flourish while observing the historic, Christian doctrine of marriage and sexuality.” We maintain that this mission is unbiblical and represents a pastoral failure to shepherd the people of God.

We created the website Revoice.xyz, and we aimed it at the leadership of the Revoice.us conference. Revoice.xyz has been shared over 250 times on Facebook alone since we released the website last week. Our goal is to demonstrate the inconsistency and pastoral failure of this thinking. We copy-pasted from their conference website, changed a couple nouns, and voila!!
