  • RAIN SOUNDS - Medium Light - Steady + Refreshing Rain Sounds

    ๐ŸŽง Inside this Flooba episode...
A continuous layer of medium-light rainfall, with a soft, natural texture and gentle variations as the rain falls. No music or added distractions, just rain doing what rain does.

๐Ÿง  This might suit your brain if...
...you enjoy natural sound with a little variation, but nothing too demanding. You might reach for it when silence feels too silent, when unpredictable background noises keep grabbing your attention, or when you want a softer sensory backdrop for focus, settling, sleep or simply switching off for a while. As always, these are only suggestions. Your brain gets to decide what this sound is for.

โš ๏ธ SAFETY WARNING: Please listen responsibly. Keep the volume low, especially when using headphones, and avoid prolonged listening. Extended exposure to sound may cause discomfort, tinnitus or hearing damage. If you experience any discomfort or ringing in your ears, stop listening immediately.

โš ๏ธ PLEASE LISTEN SAFELY: For adults only. Do not listen while driving, operating machinery, or whenever becoming drowsy could be unsafe. Flooba content is for entertainment and psychoeducational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical or clinical advice.

  • PINK NOISE drifts into BROWN NOISE Sound-Drift No.2 - A Gradual Fizz to a Rumble Sound

    ๐ŸŽง Inside this Flooba episode...
Sound-Drift No.2 begins with the bright texture of pink noise, gradually and seamlessly drifting into the deeper, warmer rumble of brown noise as the hours pass.

๐Ÿง  This might suit your brain if...
...you like your sound to change, but very slowly and predictably. The gradual drift may give a busy brain less to notice as you settle, while maintaining a consistent sensory environment around you. You might reach for it at bedtime, to mask unpredictable nighttime noise, quieten mental chatter, or simply let your attention gradually drift away. As always, these are only suggestions. Your brain gets to decide what this sound is for.

  • Carrot Grating - A Strangely Satisfying Repetitive Sound

    ๐ŸŽง Inside this Flooba episode...

The steady, repetitive sound of carrots being grated, creating a consistent scratchy, crunchy texture that repeats again and again. Simple, semi-rhythmic and wonderfully ordinary, with very little for your brain to keep track of except scrape, scrape, scrape.

๐Ÿง  This might suit your brain if...

...your attention is drawn to small, repetitive everyday sounds, or thereโ€™s something satisfying about constant scratchy textures. Perhaps it gives your brain a tiny detail to follow, perhaps it fades pleasantly into the background, or maybe you just discover that carrot grating scratches a sensory itch you didn't know you had. Thereโ€™s nothing this sound is supposed to do. Notice what feels right for you, your brain gets to decide what this sound is for.

  • Delta Waves No.1 - Deep Subliminal Pulsating Delta Waves for ADHD + ASD

๐ŸŽง Inside this Flooba episode... Slow, subliminal pulsating delta waves blend with a deep, bass-y drone and subtle wave-like textures. The sound gently undulates in both texture and volume, creating an immersive, continuously shifting soundscape with a slow, heavy pulse underneath.

๐Ÿง  This might suit your brain if...
...you enjoy deep, slow-moving sound that changes gently rather than staying completely static. You might reach for it when you want less stimulation, need some space from a busy day, are settling down for the night, or simply want to sink into something deep and immersive for a while. As always, these are only suggestions, your brain gets to decide what this sound is for.

๐Ÿ‘‚๐Ÿป A Quick Sensory Heads-Up. Contains: Volume changes

    Delta Waves (0.5โ€“4 Hz) โ€˜Snooze โ€˜nโ€™ Sleep?โ€™

Delta activity is the slowest brainwave activity and is strongly associated with deep, non-REM sleep. This stage of sleep plays an important role in physical restoration and recovery. Delta-based audio may provide a slow, repetitive sound environment for sleep or deep relaxation, although individual responses vary and listening to delta-frequency audio does not necessarily produce delta brainwave activity.

  • Binaural Beats No.6 - Beta Beats + Space Music + Sea Waves

    ๐ŸŽง Inside this Flooba episode...

This one's a bit of a Flooba mish-mash. Pulsating beta-wave binaural beats sit amongst space-y atmospheric music while seaside waves roll away in the background. Thereโ€™s rhythm, ocean, drifting cosmic stuff and quite a lot going on, yet somehow it all seems to belong in the same slightly peculiar place.

๐Ÿง  This might suit your brain if...

...one sound sometimes just isn't enough. Perhaps your attention locks onto the beta pulse, wanders off into the space-y music, comes back via a wave, then disappears somewhere completely different again. You might enjoy having several layers to explore, or eventually hear the whole strange combination as one big background sound.

Beta frequencies come with plenty of claims about attention and concentration, but this sound doesn't need to make your brain do anything in particular. Headphones are needed for the binaural effect, then see what your brain makes of the mish-mash. Your brain gets to decide what this sound is for.

๐Ÿ‘‚๐Ÿป A Few Things Your Ears Should Know: Contains pulsating 'beats'.

๐Ÿ“š What are Binaural Beats? Two different frequencies are sent separately to each ear (e.g., 400 Hz left, 410 Hz right). The brain's superior olivary complex creates a third, illusory beat (10 Hz) inside your head. Requires headphones.ย For more comprehensive guidance, you can review Verywell Mind's guide on binaural beats: https://www.verywellmind.com/your-brain-and-binaural-beats-8681079 or Sleep Foundation's article on sound and brainwaves: https://www.sleepfoundation.org/noise-and-sleep/binaural-beats

  • Industrial Hot Air Blower - Sink Into the Gravelly Hum

    ๐ŸŽง Inside this Flooba episode...

A hot industrial air blower steadily doing its thing. Warm rushing air combines with a low mechanical hum and a slightly gravelly, rough-edged texture, creating a continuous sound that feels substantial rather than silky smooth. Industrial, steady, predictable and pleasingly grrrrr-ish.

๐Ÿง  This might suit your brain if...

...you like your background sound deep, steady and with a bit of texture to it. Perhaps the predictable whoosh gives your attention somewhere uncomplicated to sit, while that gravelly mechanical edge provides just enough sensory detail to stop the sound feeling completely flat. Maybe you'll work with it, disappear into it, use it as background noise, or simply discover that your brain has a thing for big industrial machines going grrrrrr.

Fair enough. Your brain gets to decide what this sound is for.

  • BINAURAL BEATS No.4 - Gamma Wave Drone with Dancing Light Rain ADHD + ASD

    ๐ŸŽง Inside this Flooba episode...

A slow-moving gamma-wave binaural drone hums steadily underneath light, dancing rain. The drone shifts gradually while tiny water drops patter and move across the soundscape above it, mixing something deep and continuous with something lighter, natural and constantly changing.

๐Ÿง  This might suit your brain if...

...you like having a steady sound underneath with little details moving around on top. Perhaps your attention settles into the drone, wanders through the raindrops, moves between the two, or eventually stops trying to follow anything at all.

Gamma frequencies come with plenty of claims online, but this sound doesn't need to make your brain do anything in particular. Headphones are needed for the binaural effect, then simply notice what the combination is like for you. Your brain gets to decide what this sound is for.

๐Ÿ“š What are Binaural Beats? Two different frequencies are sent separately to each ear (e.g., 400 Hz left, 410 Hz right). The brain's superior olivary complex creates a third, illusory beat (10 Hz) inside your head. Requires headphones.

๐Ÿ‘‚๐Ÿป A Few Things Your Ears Should Know: Contains pulsating 'beats'.
