🎧 Inside this Flooba episode...
The full, roaring crackle of a real campfire blends with soft, distant evening bird ambience. Flames pop and crackle in the foreground while subtle whistles and natural outdoor sounds drift in from further away, bringing together bold fire textures and quieter details from the surrounding environment.
🧠 This might suit your brain if...
...you’re drawn to the contrast between a big, lively sound and smaller details sitting further back. Perhaps your attention follows the crackles, catches an occasional bird whistle, or wanders between the fire and the surrounding evening sounds. No right way to listen. YOU decide what your brain needs.

An immersive deep-ocean soundscape where enveloping bubbles surround slow-moving music, with gentle strings bringing a rich, emotive quality to the atmosphere. Far off in the distance, whales call, adding a beautiful, natural voice to this underwater world. Spacious, tender and full of feeling, it’s a meeting of musical warmth and the mystery of the deep.
🧠 This might suit your brain if...
...you’re drawn to sounds that stir a feeling without needing to explain it. Perhaps it’s the slow movement of the strings, the soft bubbling textures, or the distant whale calls that catch something in you. Maybe it feels beautiful, moving, mysterious, or something entirely your own.

A continuous wash of green noise, with a nature-toned sound and a steady, gently textured character. No added rain, birds or woodland recordings here, just the noise itself, holding its own shape from beginning to end.
🧠 This might suit your brain if...
...you’re curious about different noise colours, drawn to earthy sound textures, or interested in how green noise feels compared with white, pink or brown. Perhaps you notice its particular tonal character, or simply enjoy having one consistent sound to explore.

This is a fizzy, pink noise sound with one of my favourite music tracks for soothing bedtime anxiety. Pink noise (and other colours of noise) is found to be helpful for people with over-active thoughts, ASD and ADHD, as a distractive sound. Play at the level that feels the most comfortable for you.
ADHD + ASD Sounds: for ADHD Focus Music, Binaural Beats for Focus, Sleep Sounds for ADHD, Study Music for Concentration, incl. Brown Noise for ADHD, Deep Focus Music, Theta + Alpha Waves for Creativity, Ambient Study Sounds. Our sounds help with Focus, Executive Function, Productivity and Sleep.

🐞What is 'ADHD + ASD SOUNDS'? Perfect for individuals with ASD and/or ADHD, we offer a diverse library of natural and man-made sounds, (with and without music) to ensure a sensory-friendly experience for our listeners who may be experiencing overwhelm, poor concentration, distraction, frustration or sensory over-stimulation. Our sounds also help neurodivergent people focus on study or work and fall asleep at bedtime.
The recordings are designed to help relax and regulate the listener. Not all recordings will have this effect on every listener, because sounds are subjective. What works for one, may not work for another.
👩🦰Who am I? I am a counsellor and musician with AuDHD who has found that certain sounds have helped me: soothe my heightened emotions when agitated, upset or overloaded, stay regulated at work, and fall asleep much more easily every night. I have made these episodes to help others achieve the same. All episodes are produced by me.. Clare Llewellyn-Bailey, Counselling Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist and Coach (BA Hons) MBACP Acc. DHP. Please note, I am not a neuroscientist or a medical professional.
🤓Disclaimer / Warning Please consult your GP before listening to this recording. This recording may cause ringing in the ears. If so, do not continue to listen to the recording. DO NOT drive, operate heavy machinery, or use this video when it is not safe for you to become drowsy and/or fall asleep. All videos are for entertainment or psycho-educational purposes only. Therefore, no videos on this channel should be used as a substitute for clinical professional advice or support.
⚠️Safety considerations: This recording is made for adults, not children. Keep the volume reasonable. Use caution if you have epilepsy. Avoid using the more relaxing frequencies when you're driving or operating equipment.

Heavy rain and a growing wind blend with the irregular crackle and pop of a real fire. The rain brings a dense, continuous wash of sound, the wind adds movement, and the fire contributes its own little bursts and snaps. Three very different textures sharing the same soundscape.
🧠 This might suit your brain if...
...you’re drawn to the contrast between a broad, rushing wall of sound and the smaller, unpredictable details within it. Perhaps your attention follows the wind, picks out individual fire crackles, or gets absorbed in the rain as a whole. No rules, no right way to listen. YOU decide what your brain needs.

Gentle rain showers blend with slow-moving string music built around a simple, repeating pattern. Uncomplicated, predictable and deliberately uneventful, the music stays at a steady pace without big changes, dramatic highlights or demanding musical surprises. It's almost gloriously dull, and that's the whole point of its character.
🧠 This might suit your brain if...
...you’re drawn to sounds that don’t keep asking for your attention. Perhaps the repetition feels familiar, the strings blur into the rain, or the sheer lack of musical drama is exactly what you notice. Or perhaps you find it mind-numbingly boring. That’s allowed too.

Rolling ocean waves crash and foam along the shoreline, with distant seagulls adding a natural coastal backdrop. This is Medium Calm, so expect some natural rises and falls in volume as each wave approaches, breaks and retreats.
🧠 This might suit your brain if...
...you enjoy natural sound with a little movement and variation, rather than something completely constant. You might reach for it when you want to mentally escape, re-ground, give restless attention something natural to follow, soften background distractions or simply let your mind wander with the waves. And.....as always, these are only suggestions - your brain gets to decide what this sound is for.

A subtle alpha-frequency binaural drone, set within a steady bed of pink noise. The drone sits quietly in the mix, with very little movement, creating a restrained soundscape that stays much the same from beginning to end. Headphones are needed to experience the binaural effect.
🧠 This might suit your brain if...
...you’re drawn to sound that barely changes, with no obvious melody to follow or musical events demanding your attention. Perhaps you notice the soft tonal layer beneath the pink noise, or the simplicity of a soundscape that quietly keeps doing its thing.
👂🏻 A Few Things Your Ears Should Know: Contains pulsating 'beats'.
📚 What are Binaural Beats? Two different frequencies are sent separately to each ear (e.g., 400 Hz left, 410 Hz right). The brain's superior olivary complex creates a third, illusory beat (10 Hz) inside your head. Requires headphones. For more comprehensive guidance, you can review Verywell Mind's guide on binaural beats: https://www.verywellmind.com/your-brain-and-binaural-beats-8681079 or Sleep Foundation's article on sound and brainwaves: https://www.sleepfoundation.org/noise-and-sleep/binaural-beats

⏱️ Take breaks: Avoid prolonged continuous listening and give your ears and brain regular breaks.

Happy cat purring blends with gentle piano music, bringing together a contented feline rumble and soft, flowing musical notes. Warm, mellow and full of cosy character, with the purring and piano sharing the soundscape.
🧠 This might suit your brain if...
