Step into an immersive coastal soundscape designed for ADHD, ADD, ASD, and AuDHD minds. This audio blends gentle ocean waves, a light seaside breeze, and soft piano with subtle orchestral tones to create a calming, stable environment for focus, relaxation, and sleep.
The natural rhythm of the waves helps regulate the nervous system and reduce sensory overload, while the soft music supports emotional balance and sustained concentration. With no sudden or distracting sounds, this soundscape helps mask background noise and creates a protective “focus bubble” for studying, working, or unwinding.
Ideal for easing anxiety, improving attention, and supporting deep rest, this audio offers a safe, soothing space to reset and refocus.

🐞What is 'ADHD + ASD SOUNDS'? This podcast offers audio-based support for focus, sleep, and sensory regulation for ADHD, ADD, ASD, and AuDHD.
Each episode features immersive soundscapes using binaural beats, isochronic tones, solfeggio frequencies, rhythmic drumming or calming ambient textures to improve concentration, reduce anxiety, and ease sensory overload. Ideal for studying, working, relaxing, or sleeping, these sounds help boost focus, support emotional regulation, balance sensory input, and mask background noise.
ADHD + ASD Sounds helps create a calm, controlled mental space for everyday life.
Not all recordings will have this effect on every listener, because sounds are subjective. What works for one, may not work for another.
Best experienced with headphones.
👩🦰 Who am I? I'm Clare, a counsellor and musician with AuDHD who has found that certain sounds have helped me: soothe my heightened emotions when agitated, upset or overloaded, stay regulated at work, and fall asleep much more easily every night. I have made these episodes to help others achieve the same. All episodes are produced by me.. Clare Llewellyn-Bailey, Counselling Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist and Coach (BA Hons) MBACP Acc. DHP. Please note, I am not a neuroscientist or a medical professional.

🎧 Inside this Flooba episode...
A cocoon-like soundscape blending womb sounds, dual mother + baby heartbeats, deep brown noise, gentle tummy bubbles and soft, muffled womb-like textures. Layered, rhythmic and immersive, with plenty of tiny sounds tucked inside.
🧠 This might suit your brain if...
...you’re drawn to enclosed, muffled soundscapes or find biological rhythms strangely comforting. The layered heartbeats and soft internal sounds give your attention little details to discover, while the deeper noise creates a more consistent sensory backdrop. You might reach for it when you want to feel tucked away from the outside world, settle, re-ground or simply disappear into the sound for a while. Cocoon, background noise, sensory hideaway, or something else entirely. Your brain gets to decide.

🎧 Inside this Flooba episode...
Deep, continuous brown noise blends with gentle, low-emotional ambient music to create a soft, atmospheric soundscape. The music adds subtle movement and interest without becoming overly expressive or demanding, while the brown noise provides a warm, consistent layer underneath.
🧠 This might suit your brain if...
...silence feels a little too empty, but busy or emotional music wants too much of your attention. Perhaps your brain enjoys having something gentle happening in the background while you work, study or unwind. You may find yourself following the music, sinking into the brown noise, letting both fade into the background, or moving between them as your attention wanders. There’s no particular way you’re supposed to listen, focus or feel. Notice what works for you, your brain gets to decide what this sound is for.
