Soft, soulful music blends with gentle atmospheric tones and repeating chord patterns to create a warm, immersive and predictable soundscape. Calm, spacious and gently evolving, with enough repetition to feel familiar without becoming completely static.
π§ This might suit your brain if...
...you like music, but sometimes need it to ask a little less of your attention. You might reach for it when your thoughts feel busy, you want something gentle alongside you while you work or rest, or you need a softer sensory space to decompress and let your attention wander without having to follow a complicated melody. Gentle focus, settling, mind-wandering, sensory breathing room, or simply getting lost in something soulful. Your brain gets to decide.

A gentle babbling woodland stream, soft birdsong and soothing music blend into a peaceful, flowing soundscape. Natural water, distant birds and gentle musical layers create a little patch of woodland to disappear into for a while.

π§ Inside this Flooba episode...
A constant, drone-like sound creates a suspended sonic sound bath, with a mid-range delta pulse and very little movement. There's no real melody to follow, just occasional, limited melodic touches in the higher registers, hovering above the steady underlying sound.
π§ This might suit your brain if...
...you're drawn to sounds that stay put rather than travelling through a tune. Perhaps it's the steady drone, the mid-range pulse, the sparse high notes, or the sense of space between them that catches your ear. There's no right way to experience it. No rules, no right way to listen. YOU decide what your brain needs.
Use with headphones for best results.
π Delta Waves (0.5β4 Hz)
The slowest brainwaves, strongly associated with deep sleep. Delta-based audio gives you slow, repetitive rhythms to explore for winding down or sleep. It wonβt magically put your brain into delta, though. Your brain has its own ideas. π΄

π What is Flooba? Β Flooba is a sensory sound space for neurodivergent minds. Created to support focus, sleep, emotional regulation and nervous system calming, Flooba features binaural beats, soothing frequencies, rhythmic drumming and ambient sound textures to help with anxiety, sensory overwhelm, masking fatigue, burnout recovery and creating a more predictable space for rest, concentration and recovery.
π©βπ¦° Who am I? I'm Clare, a counsellor and musician with AuDHD who has found that certain sounds have helped me: soothe my heightened emotions when agitated, upset or overloaded, stay regulated at work, and fall asleep much more easily every night. I have made these episodes to help others achieve the same. All episodes are produced by me.. Clare Llewellyn-Bailey, Counselling Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist and Coach (BA Hons) MBACP Acc. DHP.Β
Please note, I'm not a neuroscientist or a medical professional.Β

Ambient beta-wave audio blends binaural beats with Flooba's Copper Noise, a smooth fusion of brown and pink noise. The result is a layered soundscape, pairing pulsing tonal elements with a continuous, velvety wash of noise.
π§ This might suit your brain if...
...you're curious about the interplay between tonal pulses and a steady bed of noise. Perhaps you notice the contrast, the texture, the rhythm, or how the layers sit together. Your ears get to make their own discoveries. No rules, no right way to listen. YOU decide what your brain needs.
ππ» A Few Things Your Ears Should Know: Contains pulsating 'beats'.
π What are Binaural Beats? Two different frequencies are sent separately to each ear (e.g., 400 Hz left, 410 Hz right). The brain's superior olivary complex creates a third, illusory beat (10 Hz) inside your head. Requires headphones. For more comprehensive guidance, you can review Verywell Mind's guide on binaural beats: https://www.verywellmind.com/your-brain-and-binaural-beats-8681079 or Sleep Foundation's article on sound and brainwaves: https://www.sleepfoundation.org/noise-and-sleep/binaural-beats
