  • ADHD PULSE No.6 - Incessant Cyclical Pulse 65 BPM - Repeating Pattern

    🎧 Inside this Flooba episode...

An immersive, bass-driven 65 BPM pulse that cycles round and round with relentless consistency. Deep, steady and slightly otherworldly, with a repetitive rhythm that just keeps going — and going — and going.

🧠 This might suit your brain if...

...repetition helps your attention lock onto one thing and stay there, or you enjoy sound that creates momentum without constantly introducing something new. You might reach for it when you want to disappear into a task, give restless attention somewhere to go, find a steady flow, block competing distractions, or simply get completely lost in the pulse. Focus, flow, regulation, hypnotic weirdness, or something else entirely. Your brain gets to decide.

  • Metal Water Fountain Trickling Sounds - Constant Running Water

    🎧 Inside this Flooba episode...

Gentle water trickles continuously through a small metal fountain, creating a steady flow with delicate, shifting splashes and little variations in the sound. Familiar, fluid and quietly repetitive, with the water keeping its own unhurried rhythm.

🧠 This might suit your brain if...

...you're drawn to the fine details of flowing water, the repeating trickle, or the subtle changes within a continuous sound. Perhaps it's the texture, the rhythm, the familiarity, or something else that catches your ear. No particular response is expected.

🐞WHAT IS 'Study Sleep Soothe'?  Perfect for individuals with ASD, ADHD, or other neurodivergences. We offer a diverse library of natural and man-made sounds, (with and without music) to ensure a sensory-friendly experience for our listeners who may be experiencing overwhelm, frustration or sensory over-stimulation. Our sounds also help NDs focus on study or work and fall asleep at bedtime.

The recordings are designed to help relax and regulate the listener. Not all recordings will have this effect on every listener, because sounds are subjective. What works for one, may not work for another. I am not a neuroscientist, a medical professional or a neurodiversity specialist.

👩‍🦰Who am I? I am a counsellor / musician with ASD, (and possibly ADHD too) who has found that certain sounds have helped me: soothe my heightened emotions when agitated, upset or overloaded, stay regulated at work, and fall asleep much more easily every night. I have made these episodes to help others achieve the same. All episodes are produced by me.. Clare Bailey, Counselling Psychotherapist, Author and Hypnotherapist (BA Hons) MBACP Acc. DHP Acc.Hyp

  • ADHD PULSE No.2 - Heartbeat Flow + Deep Brown Noise

🎧 Inside this Flooba episode... A steady 64 BPM heartbeat rhythm pulses through deep, continuous brown noise, creating a simple, immersive soundscape with a consistent rhythmic flow. No melody, no complicated layers — just deep noise and a heartbeat.

🧠 This might suit your brain if......you like your background noise with something to latch onto. The brown noise creates a consistent sensory backdrop while the heartbeat adds a predictable rhythmic anchor. You might reach for it when your attention feels scattered, the world around you is too distracting, you want to find a steadier groove, or you simply enjoy the combination of deep noise + pulse.

Focus, grounding, noise masking, regulation, or just because your brain likes the rhythm. You decide.

  • Delta Waves No.2 - Heartbeat, Repeating Cadences + Sound Surges

    🎧 Inside this Flooba episode...

Isochronic delta pulses combine with a gentle heartbeat rhythm and repeating musical cadences. Sound textures surge and recede, rising and falling around the recurring patterns to create a layered soundscape with both a steady underlying rhythm and shifting intensity.

🧠 This might suit your brain if...

...you're drawn to repeating patterns, familiar musical resolutions or the contrast between a steady pulse and changing sound intensity. Perhaps it's the heartbeat, the cadences, the surges, or the interplay between them that catches your attention. Your experience is yours to discover.

📚 Delta Waves (0.5–4 Hz) 'Snooze 'n' Sleep'
The slowest brainwaves, strongly associated with deep sleep. Delta-based audio gives you slow, repetitive rhythms to explore for winding down or sleep. It won’t magically put your brain into delta, though. Your brain has its own ideas. 😴

Crashing ocean waves meet a continuous layer of green noise, bringing together the changing rush and retreat of the surf with a steadier bed of sound. Natural movement on top, a more consistent sonic texture underneath, with the two layers sharing the same space.

🧠 This might suit your brain if...
