Julia Kalthof, 65, was arrested earlier this month on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and reckless driving after she allegedly chased a teenager riding an e-bike on a local bike path. She claimed he was driving too fast and she wanted to follow him home to let his parents know. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber had a chance to talk to the teen’s parents, Adam and Christina Ellis, about how the teen is doing now and the police response to the incident.
