Spending 11 nights on Mallorca in a house surrounded only by trees and fields. No social media or distractions. Working on myself, my physical health, and using the silence to connect to my creativity. Today I wanted to share some thoughts and experiences I had on my trip to one of Spain's most beautiful islands.

Relationships and friendships ending are often a very normal part of life. But what does that process really look like?
