Splish, splash who likes to get WET? it's summertime in the northern hemisphere and in this week's episode Jess and Emma take a DIVE into the magical world of swimming! Jess is a mermaid and loves to connect with the creatures of the sea and the breath of the earth, as long as the water isn't too too cold (although she's working on turning down the temperature). Emma on the other hand would prefer to swim in the arctic and would spend her whole life underwater if she could and feels most at home when floating in the wild!

A friend asked us recently for ideas for a date night. We got ourselves quite giddy... and a little bit tingly, as we unleashed our romantic ideas of decorating socks and creating a different city in their living room to travel to. This got us to thinking, what ARE those tingles and why do they happen? Why might we get turned on and why turned off?

We returned to one our favourite psychoanalysts, Esther Perel, for support on how to effectively communicate about arousal with another person, and Fluff themselves dig deeper into our own thoughts about how we can recognise and communicate about our desires with our own selves!

Hello Listeners! Today we are planting seeds of happiness into your ears as we share the fun of our recent gardening activities! It is has been a really enjoyable sensory experience to dig our fingers in the soil; smell the foliage after a rain shower; and see little shoots sprouting from pots!

We share with you some of our recent balcony gardening projects, with tips that might feel more doable, as we are creating growth in smaller spaces. Gardening is a fantastic way to connect with the earth and through nurturing and observing plant life, we are reminded of the importance of encouraging our own growth.
