On Wednesday night, Harris chatted with voters in Pennsylvania, moderated by CNN's Anderson Cooper, and made plenty of vague, rambling answers during the night. The night was another example of her month long rough media appearances. But how much will it matter? Are voters really undecided? He looked flustered, a little over-prepared perhaps and stumbled through most of the night.
