Our 10th installment of the Extra Lore series brings Blue, Justin, Mel, and very special returning guest co-host, MyNameIsByf together to explore the Mass Effect series (honestly, it was more an effort on Byf and Mel's part - Blue and Justin had no clue what was going on other than they were being invaded by treefrogs). Byf, as the resident expert on the series, lays out an beautiful explanation of the storyline of the overall series, up to the point of the upcoming new title, Andromeda - and Mel does an amazing job of adding in useful facts as well as keeping Justin and Blue busy so they don't distract the heavy lifters.

Episode 66 brings Blue, Justin, Mel, and returning special guest co-hosts Damoel and Demigod257 together to discuss the available information that we have on the infamous Fallen House of Devils. The team discusses the basic information from the Grimoire, as well as delving into a bit more detail on the implications of what this means about Servitors, the possible ramifications of the knowledge (or lack thereof) that Variks holds in regards to the Devil Splicers antics, and even possible indications of pre-Whirlwind House structure for the Eliksni.

Episode 65 brings Blue, Justin, and Mel back together to discuss the vehicles that our Guardians utilize to traverse through the amazing universe of Destiny (predominately the jumpships, which are sources of great trivia tidbits within the lore of the game and actually rather fascinating once you delve into the design and concepts of the overall models). While there aren't a huge number of Grimoire Cards - Blue and Grneyed have managed to compile a vast amount of data into a nicely laid out map (link below) and the majority of the episode is actually discussing the logic that Blue sees within the display of information regarding the jumpships. There is a healthy chat about the lore implications of the Raid ships (as well as a short foray into the evolution of the ships that were avaiable in each successive Raid) and even some good tips/tricks for SRL from our good friend, Taylor-B (linked below as well for everyone).

Taylor-B's SRL Tips/Tricks

Episode 64 brings Blue, Justin, and Mel back together to discuss the weapons of the enemy races within the Destiny universe - focusing primarily on the mundane "pew, pew, pew" (as Justin so eloquently puts it) archetypes. We run through the available Grimoire cards for the equipment, looking at the thematic narratives that each race's choice of arms presents, with a few punny interjections. Bear with the minor audio hiccups - Blue's computer was trying to decide if it was going to cooperate throughout the episode, and there were a few small spots where it just wanted to take some small breaks (they're not major points of the conversation, as far as Blue is able to tell).
