Emmanuel Antonio Tinoco, 29 was born in New Haven, CT  on Sunday, May 15, 2022, her was allegedly murdered by Neal Rich with sex worker Alexis Rupert. Manny what is family called him was living a double life which may have lead to his death.

Neal rich is a pimp who use the moniker Dynasty and according to the police report Mr. Tinoco knew Mr. Rice and and police show them both were at a night club together and suggest the motives for his murder was over a gun which Mr. Tinoco sold which belong to Mr. Rice.

Phillip Gilmore is a Youtuber who uses the moniker Sinful the Pimp was arrested for domestic violence which was caught on bodycam, the woman wanted to leave and he refuse to let her leave.

According to investigators, at approximately 9:28 p.m. on Sunday, May 15, Broward Regional Communications received reports of a possible shooting at the Pacific Points apartments in Lauderdale Lakes. BSO deputies responded to the scene in the 3600 block of North Pacific Coast Circle where they found an unresponsive adult male in the front driver’s seat of a grey Mercedes Benz. The victim had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue pronounced the victim, later identified as Emmanuel Tinoco, deceased on scene.

 

Through investigative methods, detectives were able to link Alexis Rupert and Neal Rice to the homicide and determined they had both fled to the Austin, Texas area. An arrest warrant was authored and the two were taken into custody.

 

On July 2, Rupert was extradited to Broward County. Shortly after, on July 6, Rice was also extradited. The two suspects were booked into the Broward Sheriff’s Office Main Jail where both face one count of first-degree murder. The investigation continues.
