OnlyFans content creator Deniece “Niece” Waidhofer is suing Thothub, a site that reposts adult content users would usually need to pay to access, for spreading her images without her consent.

Rosenthal filed the suit on behalf of Waidhofer (who goes by Niece on her platforms), a model and OnlyFans creator who also has 1.9 million followers on Instagram. According to the complaint, Waidhofer sells semi-nude content to subscribers via her OnlyFans for $14.99 a month. Her OnlyFans page says “no nudes,” but she sent some semi-nude images to individual users via direct message, according to the complaint.

Megan Thee Stallion has issued another statement around the incident last weekend in which she says she “suffered gunshot wounds as a result of a crime that was committed against me and done with the intention to physically harm me.”

“Black women are so unprotected & we hold so many things in to protect the feelings of others w/o considering our own,” she wrote on Twitter. “It might be funny to y’all on the internet and just another messy topic for you to talk about but this is my real life and I’m real life hurt and traumatized.”

Megan and an unidentified woman were in a car with rapper Tory Lanez when he was arrested early Sunday for having a concealed weapon in the vehicle, after officers received reports that Lanez was present when shots were fired outside a house in the Hollywood Hills. Megan (real name: Megan Pete) was not arrested but was reported by TMZ to have suffered an injury to her foot due to broken glass on the floor of the car. However, according to Megan’s statement, she was shot by an assailant she has not yet named.

A man sat silently in court Friday as he was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for beating and strangling a prostitute during a robbery attempt in her Garden Grove hotel room in 2009.

Cesar Gomez, 36, of Artesia met victim Ashley Lilly, 24, after she posted on an escort website that she would be staying for three days at the Crown Plaza Hotel on Harbor Boulevard in August 2009.

Deputy District Attorney Cameron Talley said men would sign up through the escort site to meet Lilly for sex, and she would then provide them with her room number over the phone or on the Internet.

Gomez was one of the men who contacted Lilly, but his intent was to rob her, not have sex with her, Talley argued.

Ashley Nicole Lilly, 24, of Los Angeles, formerly of Columbia, passed away ... She was engaged to Brian “Tuht” Dingle of Inglewood, Calif.

For 20 years, the Trafficking in Persons Report (TIP Report) has demonstrated the United States’ conviction that human trafficking is a global threat necessitating a global response. Traffickers are denying nearly 25 million people their fundamental right to freedom, forcing them to live enslaved and toil for their exploiter’s profit. This report arms governments with the data they need to increase the prosecution of traffickers, provide victim-centered and trauma-informed protection for victims of trafficking, and prevent this crime altogether.

As this 20th anniversary report is released, we and our allies and partners find ourselves confronting a crisis that has reached previously unimagined proportions. While urgency has always marked the fight against human trafficking, the implications of the COVID-19

pandemic have magnified the need for all stakeholders to work together in the fight more than ever. We know that human traffickers prey upon the most vulnerable and look for opportunities to exploit them. Instability and lack of access to critical services caused by the pandemic mean that the number of people vulnerable to exploitation by traffickers is rapidly growing.

People are fascinated by August Alsina's "entanglement" with Jada Pinkett Smith, but the singer seems less than thrilled with all the attention.

Pinkett Smith and her husband of 23 years, actor Will Smith, confirmed during Friday's episode of her Facebook talk show "Red Table Talk" that she had been romantically involved with Alsina years ago.

The superstar couple said the relationship began during a period they had separated.

"I got into an entanglement with August," Pinkett Smith said during the talk.

In a recent interview with radio host Angela Yee, Alsina said he had been involved romantically with Pinkett Smith. Pinkett Smith has been married to Smith since 1997 and shares two children with him.

"I actually sat down with Will and had a conversation," Alsina said during his interview with Yee. "Due to the transformation from their marriage to (a) life partnership that they have spoken on several times, and not involving romanticism, he gave me his blessing."

Pinkett Smith said during her "Red Table Talk" that she began a friendship with Alsina four and a half years ago which developed into something more after she and Smith hit a rough patch in their relationship and agreed to amicably split.

But she denied that her husband had given Alsina permission to be involved with her, though she added that she understood why the young singer may have believed that to be the case.

"The only person that can give permission in that particular circumstance is myself," she said. "I could actually see how he would perceive it as permission because we were separated amicably and I think he also wanted to make it clear that he's also not a homewrecker. Which he's not."

She said the relationship ended, she and Smith reconciled and they are now at a place of "unconditional love."
