In May 2022 we shared a story with you about a first-time buyer who bought a condo that had a tenant in it. The seller has guaranteed the tenant would be gone by the time the transaction closed so the buyer could move in. But on the closing date, the buyer still couldn’t move in because the tenant was still there. (Listen to the first installment of this story from May 2022).
