This week we piggyback off of our last episode in regard to the growing effects of FoMO (fear of missing out), how it has been amplified by social media and its effects on the outdoorsman. FoMO has always been a thing (we just didn’t have a term for it years ago) and while a little bit of FoMO might be a good motivator for some; too much can have negative effects on our health.
