  • 34. less is more!!!
This is a goodie…Em and Kath discuss something we all need to remind ourselves of from time to time: that less is more! We are always so caught up wanting more, trying to be more productive, falling victim to health trends, working out more and are always searching for the next best thing that we think will make us seem accomplished or even happy. In this episode, they preach the importance of just being grateful for the now and what we do have…it might pleasantly surprise you when you break it all down and appreciate the simple, little things in life.

  • 33. following your OWN path
This week, kath and em get into the harsh realities of almost graduating and how the pressure from everyone around you can impact the path we’re all meant to follow. Our paths not only shape our futures and careers, but incorporate everything from what we eat, how we move our bodies, the people we surround ourselves with, our habits & routines, just to name a few. In this episode, they remind us all that one of the most important things you can do for yourself is to trust your intuition and to stay on your own path, because at the end of the day, we are all on different journeys. Don’t waste time trying to look for the horizon on someone else’s path, while you have your own road to pave.

Kath and Em get into how and why it is possible to prioritize the environment where the best version of yourself can thrive. They bring in everything from comparison, uni culture, body image, to mental health, being “selfish” sometimes, and removing yourself from toxic environments.
