Bulimia nervosa is one of the most common eating disorders specifically for young women. When it gets a hold of you, oftentimes if goes into your whole adult life even if you are not actively binging and purging.ย
You get a feeling you want to binge, you lose control, say "oh forget it" and you proceed to compensate. Every time you do that, it affects your health in bad ways!ย

You need to dig deep and ask yourself why did you binge in the first place. What made you do that? What was that feeling? Put that feeling in the middle of the map and find out why that triggered you so much.
