It was National Deli Meats Day, and we talked about cold cuts. We also talked about hake, and SYSCO. And Chef Jordan Whitney called in from Augusta, Georgia where he is the chef of Gaby's By The Lake at the Ritz Carlton Reynolds Plantation. He was happy to share his recipe for Boiled Peanut Hummus as we continued the endless conversation about this.
