I’m dealing with sinus problems y’all I’m sorry!

This episode is about caring about yourself and making sacrifices for your future. 2 steps forward, 10 steps back. Transitioning from having a problem solution mindset to a solution focused mindset, mindfulness as a sense of detachment from your problems…defining what you want and making choices that are worth it,  and trusting that the healthiest changes are serving you and your body is leading you in the right direction, among other things....
