In this episode, friends, I go a little deeper into the idea of letting go of things that don’t serve you. In episode 22 and a little bit of 23, I talked about how I struggled with eating and how I finally learned to let it go. After going through and doing that, a new habit became noticed: my mindset! More on this coming soon!

TW; suicide, disordered eating

I pray this finds exactly those it’s supposed to.

This *very* vulnerable episode delves into a time where I was going through very deep soul and shadow work, healing a lot of trauma, some of which was not entirely mine. The glimmer of light was so small in this darkness, and to date it’s the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through. I’ve felt conflicted about sharing, but now seems like the right time. Please listen as I process letting go of what no longer serves you, and how it is a grieving death cycle. It was so hard. But, I’m better now..

DISORDERED/ EMOTIONAL/ ADDICTIVE EATING; having dislikes, being your own person, childhood (and puppyhood) trauma, dogs, healing in the place traumas took (and continually perpetuated) take place, presence and doing what you know you need to do, drinking more water (lol!!), I also talk about the 5 kinds of growth, according to me. 

Follow up episode on this next week! I dive into things I talked about this episode with the fresher perspective of where I'm at now, a couple months later.
