In this solo episode, I talk about how to support those we care about when they are facing an emotionally challenging time. Albeit I’m not a therapist so I cannot provide professional advises, I can definitely share a few lessons learned from my personal journey. Starting from that and my struggle with depression, anxiety, and PTSD after a burnout, I identify some of the dos that helped and the don’ts that slowed down my healing process so that you have enough information to navigate through this difficult time for your loved ones struggling with mental health, whilst supporting them in a way that serves them.

In today’s episode, we talk about the relationship with teenagers in our lives. This is not just for parents, because each of us has a teenager in their life.
