Russia has not yet said if it will accept a ceasefire with Ukraine, after President Zelensky put the ball in Putin's court, saying he will enter a 30-day temporary truce. The Kremlin says it's waiting for a briefing from US officials on the terms of the ceasefire. Kurt Volker was President Trump's Special Envoy for Ukraine during Trump's first term, and was also Ambassador to NATO for George W. Bush.
