Ray LaHood, an Illinois Republican who served in the Obama administration, says partisanship is ubiquitous in both Illinois and the nation's capital. “If I was grading bipartisanship in Springfield and Washington I’d give it a big fat ‘F’ in both places,” LaHood said on Morning Shift. We spoke with LaHood about how to reclaim bipartisanship and the nation's need for infrastructure repairs.
